This workout is for the 1% genetic elite. Just like a Jay/Ronnie super high volume AND heavy with semi sloppy form routine... won’t do much for nearly any normal human. View beware. Most should stick with an hour in the gym... combine perfectly crisp strict form with max poundages in a progressive overload fashion. 6-8 reps upper body, 10-12 for lower body
Imagine a natural doing this stupid workout with obviously small weights and turning his already few white fibers into red. Totally useless and chemistry dependent
