Location: Arezzo (Toscana, Italy) ** my footage **
Arezzo is a beautiful medieval Tuscan city where are born famous artists and poets such as Francesco Petrarca, Giorgio Vasari, Guido d'Arezzo, Pietro Aretino and, nearby, Michelangelo.
Arezzo has an interesting historical center with beautiful churches and medieval buildings especially exalted in the magnificent Piazza Grande. Not to be missed the frescoes by Piero della Francesca in the Basilica of San Francesco and the crucifix by Cimabue in the Church of San Domenico. In the upper part of the city there is the Cathedral and the medieval Palazzo dei Priori, seat of the town hall.
Arezzo is famous for the production of gold jewelery and high fashion clothing.
I spent a nice weekend there with variable weather, alternating rain and sun.
Arezzo è una bella città toscana che ha visto nascere famosi artisti e poeti quali Francesco Petrarca, Giorgio Vasari, Guido d'Arezzo, Pietro Aretino e nelle vicinanze Michelangelo Buonarroti.
Arezzo ha un interessante centro storico con belle chiese ed edifici medievali che esaltano specialmente nella magnifica Piazza Grande. Imperdibili sono gli affreschi di Piero della Francesca nella basilica di San Francesco ed il crocifisso di Cimabue nella chiesa di San Domenico. Molto bella anche la chiesa di Santa Maria della Pieve.
Nella parte alta della città si trova la Cattedrale del XIV secolo, in parte ricostruita in epoca recente, ed il medievale Palazzo dei Priori, sede del municipio cittadino.
Arezzo è famosa per la produzione di gioielleria in oro ed abbigliamento di alta moda.
Ho trascorso là un bel weekend con tempo molto variabile, pioggia e sole in continua alternanza.

What can I say about the medieval Tuscan city of Arezzo? I'm captivated by the magnificence of the stone architectures, the beauty of the rain washed cobbled streets and the air of tranquility which hangs over the city at night. That you've showcased the view of a church and a tree at night 1:39 and then at daytime 1:41, standing probably at the same spot, is very clever and interesting. I love the way you capture the finer details - the tall stained glass windows of the church, pigeons by the fountain, the rays of sun illuminating the lush lawn. Incredibly beautiful music once again ❤. I'm are lucky to be a part of your fascinating journeys through Italy and I look forward to many more 😊😊. Arezzo is one of the many interesting places that Tuscany contains in its treasure chest, walking among those ancient stones makes you part of a great beauty .....unfortunately my weekend was tormented by bad weather, so I was unable to visit some surroundings of the city 😐

La visitai alcuni anni fa.
Il tuo video, molto bello, mi ha riportato nella magnifica Piazza Vasari della quale ho un vivo ricordo e tu ne proponi immagini splendide.

Oh, querido Ad, que lugar tan pintoresco es Arezzo, ¡me ha encantado! Amo los sitios con climas variados... Puedo percibir un aire maravilloso en ese sitio, además, me ha fascinado la música con lo que has acompañado el recorrido por tan hermoso lugar, en tanto miraba las imágenes me imaginaba a las personas que transitaron en algún tiempo en el ayer cautivo por esas calles empedradas, si esas ventanas pudieran hablar, lo que nos contarían de Arezzo y sus habitantes en la época medieval. Me parece hermoso que se conserven los sitios tan cual. que hermoso centro histórico con sus iglesias y los edificios que parecen ser Palacios Medievales. Oh, la Basílica de San Francesco y el crucifijo de Cimabue en la Iglesia de San Domenico son tan bellos. Imagino que harán joyas de oro preciosas, aunque sin duda un tanto caras por su singular belleza. Bueno, Italia es la sede de la moda, todos sabemos que de Italia sale lo más actual de la moda para el mundo, así que, por lo que mencionas Ad, Arezzo nos dejaría a todas las mujeres enamoradas con su alta costura. Me embelesan tus ediciones Ad, porque parece que nos llevas con tu lente tomados de la mano contigo, paso a paso, recorriendo lugares tan bellos como Arezzo.
