Why are people commenting about the jumping at the start talking about potential injuries, this man is an elite level athlete, you think his body is just gonna break from a few awkward landings, the point of all the years of training is to build a suit of inner armour capable of withstanding great forces, Ive been sprinting 2 to 3 times a week for years along with other sports at very high intensity (usually around a mile of sprints a session) and at almost 47 Ive never had one single injury sprinting and I'm not slow, if you build a strong foundation it protects from injuries or at least lessens the time to recovery when niggles occur, I would say most big injuries sprinters get is from outside the track (gym weightlifting or overuse plyometrics) that gets triggered when going all out in races, congratulations and respect on the hard work Noah, you know your body better than anyone else🤜🤛
Loved watching this race. Can't wait to see you run in Paris. Too bad it will have to be on TV and not there live in the stadium. You are an inspiration, Noah.
I've been watching Noah since the beginning. Definitely my favorite athlete. Energy, Charisma, and he brings attention to the sport. He's not afraid to speak his mind on what the sport needs. Keep it up young man.
He's even different mentally now, when he talked about depression and nobody believed him, just look at him the entire 2021 season, he seemed so off, he just wasn't himself even when he won the 200 USATF champs, he just wasn't the same then
The dedication. The commitment. The perseverance. The hard work. The consistency. Gahhhh DAWG if you ain’t the living walking breathing model of reapin what you sow. Keep it up bruh!! Show the WORLD what you talkin bout in Paris💪🏽
Noah has been putting in the work. You watch his races and KNOW he’s gonna be in the top because the man is about his business. Gotta respect that. 👏🏽👏🏽
You can tell by the energy! The second you brought that confident winners energy and the first one looks timid and serious! Bout to smash Paris fasho 🙌🏿
Folks, Noah Lyles is living history. As great as Usain Bolt was and is, Noah Lyles is heading level never before seen...he's got something no one else has; Noah Lyles has 'THE BYE-BYE GEAR'! He's literally getting faster, and faster, right before our very eyes!
Noah, 2 things... I have watched the blocks sessions with coach and Mann. In the set position you have a little more lean over the shoulders than you had during the trials which I thought in the sessions you had sight better angles. Second... as you said. You are a 6.4 runner! So make sure you are also in front in the 60. Dont get blindsided in Paris.
same lane and everything 📈

Track really needs a showman like you who has the skills to back it up. The sports has really missed Bolt but you have taken the mantle. Keep it up!

Nice 😮

Bad year for Noah in 2021
What could say is the difference for you mindset wise from 21’ vs. 24’? Was it your confidence or something else?
Much better starter than he was back then.
PEDS are Magic !!!!

Bolt laughing in the toilet😂
Nothing compares against usian bolt
you gotta start hitting backflips after every win
Didn't know you changed your starting position
Still a poor start, but great improvement... I can only imagine the kind of damage he can do with Coleman-like start
