She was involuntarily drugged by her boyfriend, then suffered from psychosis, then proceeded to stab the boyfriend 108 times, as well as stabbed herself multiple times, and once the police showed up the police had to use a tazer on her do to how out of her mind she was.
It's a rather sad story, and the reason why she only got 100 hours of community service is because none of it was done voluntarily, from taking the weed to stabbing him.

7:28 a classic case of DIP. The half truth is told. Chaff isn't used fooling weather radars. It's made to fool radars and to improve notching for combat aircraft. Kinda useful to not get locked by a enemy radar
