Do people think they know why this performance is so engaging? For me I think it boils down to to two or three factors. One, Juliana has a gorgeous understated vocal and two, the performance is played straight and through elegant restraint the gorgeous melody shines through. This more than maybe any other pop/love song needs to be performed with just voice and instrument. The beauty of the song doesn't need to be muddied by over production etc...
What an exquisite performance. Straight to the heart. Thank you for this was a beautiful experience to listen to.
