It looks like it's just the normal animations but with the Naked model. You can see when he cracks his knuckles in the elevator, his hands are floating a little ways away from each other. It was nice to see the marked palms, I didn't notice that in my playthroughs.

Thats quite the speedrun. The combat was exciting and the loading screens were fun. Maybe someday I'll devote 3 years to attempting anything close to it

I really enjoy these videos where speedruns are explained. It really helps me appreciate the complexity that goes into running these games. It's the reason why I enjoy watching GDQ. It doesn't really matter which game, I usually leave learning something new or with an appreciation for how much effort and skill went into perfecting these games. Keep up the great work!
You forgot to mention one thing about the settings. Before you start you have to scoff at the idea of turning the music down and CRANK THAT SHIT UP TO THE MAX
This run is still legendary, and this video is, in retrospect, a watershed moment for your channel. Also, Doom 2016 is still one of the best looking games I've ever seen, and its more than half way through 2022 as I type this.

I'll be honest, the neatest part about this video was seeing that the game had animations for a non-suited Doomguy. It was actually super interesting.
