I feel like its the fact that Wolverine isnt an Omega level mutant that makes him even better. The amount of Omegas has been getting wild lately where it feels like suddenly we find out someone been Omega the whole time, but we just didnt know, or they level up their powers and now are Omega. Wolverine has survived so many apocalypses and catastrophes, despite every other mutant dying, that it wouldnt surprise me if one day some writer makes him Omega one day and it turns out his healing factor has the ability to transcend dimensions.
@@mohamedaityoussef9965 Well as his name states, he is basically a cryomancer, but later down the line he became an omega level mutant. Now he can shape shift, he is a thermal manipulater, be can turn his consciousness to water vapor, he can freeze space-time and reality. He froze a part of hell over and light too. Not to mention he was going head to head with thor.
I submit that while Logan isn't capable of changing reality on the molecular level, he *is* capable of shaping reality and history using his long life span and ability to survive any injury. It was through his actions that the intentions of the Scarlet Witch were exposed in the "House of M" story arc. He saved reality from someone who has reality-warping powers.
So? It still doesn’t say he is on the same level as Omega, just that he contributed to the world, Captain America fought Thanos so does it make him the same threat as him?
Wolverine is not immortal. His healing factor perlong his life span, but he can age. It just takes a while. Omega level applies to mutants that have powers that affect the world, environment, and / or reality itself. A good example is Professor Xavier, which is only an omega level mutant when using cerebro, but without it, he is an alpha level mutant.
Being Omega Level isn't just about just being powerful. It's about having no defined cap on your power. So like Rogue and Synch have basically the same powers, but Synch doesn't have the limits of needing to touch (or even be near) another mutant to use their powers. So he could conceivably be an Omega, while Rogue could not.

@@hooligansauce9652no, that was the old definition. Omega level has been officially defined as a mutant who has at least one power that is at its highest conceivable level (I. E. The is no conceivable upper limit to their use of that ability) and which cannot be replicated by other natural means (I. E. Forge does not count because standard genius intellect could also design similar technology). FYI there is a mutant reffered to as an omega level version of Wolverine.
@@adrianmcbride1666 that’s stupid. They have fictional science in comic books literally every mutant power could be replicated with technology in marvel. Omega literally means the end why retcon it so the definition is not even connected to the origin of the term?
@@hooligansauce9652 look at the beginning of the Krakoan era, that was when the term was actually defined. Forges ability can be surpassed just by having a high intellect.
@@adrianmcbride1666 that’s still stupid because mutations themselves are natural abilities, mutants are naturally born that way. Plus there are aliens, and literal gods in marvel born with magic and natural abilities beyond natural human abilities. Marvel writers have a thousand different ways to replicate mutant like abilities without the character being a mutant
Wolverine isn’t Omega or beyond Omega or even Alpha, this said the reason we like him is because he ain’t scared or deterred to go toe to toe with anyone, for example, Magneto a more powerful Omega level mutant yet he still faced him, he faced the Hulk, Cable, Bishop, Ghost Rider, all far superior than him in powers or abilities but Wolverine still kept coming for them.
To say he's not even Alpha is just stupid. The guys is a walking tank with a list a mile long ranking him as an omega. The guy has beaten multiple omega level mutants. I mean Jesus, he's killed, Hulk, Thor, Jean Grey etc. Not to mention beaten spidey several times and could have killed Magneto but didn't solely because of Professor X. The adamantium is actively keeping him from accessing his powers at their peak (extremely limiting them, not just dampening his healing like most think). But not kill him. Also he ages slower then the rest of us so he could pretty much wait until she is a senior and go after her again while still being 30ish
To me, he’s a threat to omega level mutants while not being one himself. Wolverine is in a league of his own, not to say he’s better or worse than anyone because his abilities are very unique

Wolverine has the only omega level ability that matters, he wins! He makes the terminator look like a child’s toy. He goes up against impossible odds without any thought of himself. He is the ultimate omega level mutant!
Iam not a big marvel fan, but as far as I know, omega level isn’t defined by being cosmic level or something, it’s defined by one of your powers having no cap or endless potential so I guess overring could be an omega level. If for example, his healing factor was basically limitless. I guess
He's beaten magneto multiple times, stripping the metal out of him as punishment was literally his worst mistake and he knew it. Wolverine could have killed him 10 days a week and 25 times a day after that.

(Shoting his literal fingers with blood pressure)(cutting off his feet and use blood pressure to hover/fly through the air)
And he can choose from which cell his "main/true body" regenerates even if its not the head or a smaller piece of his body.
Omegas project their powers across a far range affecting potentially thousands or more.
Wolvie has the projection scale of a very angry blender
Not sure why he would be Omega level.
He's the never stopping back scratcher.
Certainly not a world threat.
The majority of people are outside of his 4 foot reach.
He can scream, snarl and spit, like a feral animal strapped to a table.
You don't even need to feel bad leaving him tied down.
No need to feed him. He'll just out live everyone, strapped to a table.
Funny stuff!
That's darker than ME!!!
Nah, he'll die eventually. He do grows older..only much much slower.
He's not like hulk that straight up can't die due to him being empowered by the one below all
@NoName-sx5sq the reason why he will rot out is because he goes against his healing factor more than you'd think. Always smoking and drinking and taking extreme damage just because he can take it. If he was more "trained" liked Batman, he'd be everyone's worst enemy forreal and could definitely live past a 1000 😂
@@UltraEgoQueen he has more training than batman and is an expert in nearly every form of combat on earth. like you said he knows he can take it and its not over time, its cumulative damage that would kill him. once hes healed hes healed, his healing factor doesnt have "hit points" like spawns powers did
When wolverine diss you, its sure to be omega level
"Who needs to be Omega level when you're this much of a badass?" -Wolverine, probably.
I think this is one of the reasons everyone loves Wolverine, he feels unstoppable but you know he isn’t
Logan literally survived without food by eating his own arm and regenerating it multiple times ones
Do I even need to tell you how this breaks the fundamental laws of physics
Logan is a freaking reality bender and noone even noticed
the regeneration itself is against the laws of physics as you can't just create matter out of nothing and I'm pretty sure everyone knows that it is impossible to regenerate like that. The eating your own arm part is the most logical one
Fr lol
How does a man with a healing factor eating himself for nutrition is considered breaking the laws of physics let alone reality warping in the marvel universe?
@@obrienjackson6907 i mean
He is consuming his own body mass
But only part of it would go to regenerate his arm, but it regenerates fully and he eats it again and again and again
Even though there's not enough mass to regenerate from
So new mass just appears out of literally nowhere
He must have eaten Blob at some point!
Chibi Suit Wolverine Shirt!
comic-prints-f9cad0d1ee.printify.me/product/9620539
In the movie Logan. They had to poison the entire planet....to kill Wolverine.
Now tell me he isnt omega level.
Wolverine just has Omega level plot armor 😂😂😂
Wolvey will just leave you in a world full of hurt…
He does not always succeed but he is going to try and gut you if he can.
He should be classified as an anomaly that can counter Omega Level Threats if he finds a chance or weakness.
Ice Man is such an underrated Mutant, and probably an untapped gold mine for the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
what can he do?
@@mohamedaityoussef9965 Well as his name states, he is basically a cryomancer, but later down the line he became an omega level mutant. Now he can shape shift, he is a thermal manipulater, be can turn his consciousness to water vapor, he can freeze space-time and reality. He froze a part of hell over and light too. Not to mention he was going head to head with thor.
One thing can make Wolverine Omega level, lets his healing upgrade to Darwin's adaptability.
Good point
POTUS is capable of shaping reality and history by launching nuclear strikes against Russia and China simultaneously. Is POTUS Omega level?
He was also the first one to find out that Civil War was an inside job.
That's until he bonds with the phoenix-force...
But he is the only mutant that can get next to an omega level mutant that you just mentioned jean gray
Yet he can kill omega level mutants, that’s why I love wolvie
Can’t really do anything against all of them, he can maybe kill storm if he sneaks up on her while she’s asleep lol, but seriously 1on1 he has no chance against any of them
@@imalpha4471 accept he has and he’s won. They can’t kill him and they can’t destroy him.
@@ReginShelly first of all it’s except, second of all there are stories where squirrel girl beat the entire MCU and a lot of shitty writing, as Stan Lee once said the winner is who the writer wants.
And now back to reality, when talking simply how their powers work he can’t win against any and most of em can destroy all of his cells which means they can kill him, and besides defeat is not only by killing, the only one I can think of he can defeat is Gambit and that’s because he handicapped himself
@@imalpha4471he’d only have trouble with the most powerful like magneto or Charles. He can hold his own against everyone else.
@@Dove88 I’m sorry but if you really think he can scratch ice man or be on equal footing with storm then you probably don’t know a lot about the comics and what they are actually capable of, or you are just extremely dumb, choose the correct answer for you
Old enough to remember when Wolverine was the most beloved Marvel character.
Still is
@@lordhorg999 no. He definitely went through a 20 year low. The X-Men in general did too.
@@DCeasedbrickbuilds yeah tell that to the box office
@@lordhorg999 dude, when the X-men rights were with Fox, & Disney purchased Marvel Comics, they went out of their way to make X-Men & Mutants in general go away. They were trying to push The Inhumans.
"Why isn't he an omega level mutant?", it's because he only has claws and decent healing you silly goose
I don't believe having flexible body parts like Reed Richards makes you an Omega level😂
Let wolverine and magneto fuse.
That would be insane
@@crongusclips7836
That will just be stupid. What purpose will that serve but make him as dumb as wolverine and durable. It’s like having a phone that can hack all phones and getting a phone that can be hacked but durable, and then joining them together. You just gave it an unnecessary weak spot.
@@aliyahsulaiman11I believe you are overthinking it. Just imagine magneto with a healing factor and an adamantium skeleton with claws.
And that's exactly why we love him!
I mean, the fact that he outlived every other mutant should put him on omega level.
Omega level isn’t a statement of power or skill level it strictly means that their mutation can cause an omega level event aka world ending scenario. One guy living forever isn’t going to end the world. It doesn’t matter how powerful or useful a mutation is, if it’s not world ending it’s not omega level. Like ice man isn’t beating most of the X- men but if you give him enough time he can create global climate change and end the world.
Regardless it is not about whether a power can be replicated and surpassed with technology (good luck with that regarding Isca BTW) but that it cannot be surpassed by natural means. I. E.
His regeneration is mind-blowing reality. Like hulk, and others.
I didn't know iceman can do all that shii
🤯🤯
Iceman do a few things but not all of what was said though 😊
Even though he is not omega level, he didn't show any kind of hesitation and fear , when he have to fight against omega level opponent.
He's absolutely Omega without the adamantium and with it is minimum an Alpha.
@@johnjames3504 finally someone who said it how it is, idk why people are calling him beta like, if jean grey is omega, and wolverine is beta. than wth is alpha,? and wth is below beta.... because there are some people in the x men universe who are considered beta.... and omg they got the worst abilities ever, like full on "my life is a joke abilities" but somehow wolverine is part of that category??? like wtf how?
@@johnjames3504 No he is definitely Beta level, when has he killed any of those characters in main continuity?
@@aidankelley2696 Beta mutants simply can’t control their mutation.
@uriahcrawford8338 calling wolverine a beta level character gets you dismissed immediately. Because only a casual or kid would be that stupid.
wolverine is a character that stands alone and he lives longer than anyone else
It’s sad to see people use Ai junk to illustrate comics, there’s incredible wolverine art out there made by real hardworking artists
💯 art was one of the reasons I started to read comics over 40 years ago
So you want people to just steal content instead of showing something new?
Where do you think those images come from? Using preexisting ones
Man I don’t even know why Wolverine even tries against Magneto 😆
Dude is insane, that's why.
His Omega ability is to be able to keep true Omegas in check.
I don't think he can realistically do that with all Omegas (Legion, Isca the unbeaten, Famine, Lactuca the Knower, Nameless the shapeshifter queen, Exodus, Gabriel Summers, Lodus Logus and Tarn the uncaring are likely beyond his capabilities)
Probably Storm as well, also Magneto.
@@adrianmcbride1666I agree with all except storm. Like what is she going to do? Throw him away? He will just come back. Over and over again. Smite him with lightning? Sure that will work for about a minute. At which point she just pissed him off more. One of his powers is unlimited stamina. He will literally keep going for hours or even days. She could fly away. But not kill him. Also he ages slower then the rest of us so he could pretty much wait until she is a senior and go after her again while still being 30ish
Sure, he is not an Omega mutant, but he can clash with 'em and live to tell about it
Only needs one molecule baby, and he is getting back up and walking away.
Wolverine isn't omega level cose his abilityes afects only him.
He doesn’t need to.. because he’s a world Anchor Being.
Magneto could rip the planet apart and Jean Grey could shut everyone on Earth's brains off.
Wolverine stabs real hard and can heal good.
A Logan out living everyone is normal. Right.
To me, he’s a threat to omega level mutants while not being one himself. Wolverine is in a league of his own, not to say he’s better or worse than anyone because his abilities are very unique
Because he is a healing dude with claws....Come one man...
While he may not be an Omega level mutant, he's definitely one of the strongest mutants in the Marvel universe.
This video: Logan isn't Omega level
Weapon Omega: Hey, Bub.
Wolverine is not a beloved character. He is adored!
The love for him in our hearts it's definitely omega level♥️
Anyone that questions why he isn’t, doesn’t understand the omega level classification in the first place
Even if they wanted to make him Omega level, the backlash would be record breaking. When anyone is that popular, there’s always haters. I wish they would make him Omega level but I’m cool with where he’s at. He’s still the best. :)
He can't really die. He just gon keep coming back probably more pissed than before
Wolverine is omega level in our hearts
If he would be an omega level mutant, it'd be all over for everyone, he is already the toughest around.
Wolverine has all of his points in defense, but not so much in offense.
Wolverine has the only omega level ability that matters, he wins! He makes the terminator look like a child’s toy. He goes up against impossible odds without any thought of himself. He is the ultimate omega level mutant!
I like it. Its nice to have a cool character that doesnt somehow just scale up to blowing away galaxies
I liked 97 a lot because he wasn't put forward as an alpha or omega. He's beta. I love him, but he is a beta.
Wolverine has omega level popularity.
Why Wolverine isn't Omega level: 5'3"
Iam not a big marvel fan, but as far as I know, omega level isn’t defined by being cosmic level or something, it’s defined by one of your powers having no cap or endless potential so I guess overring could be an omega level. If for example, his healing factor was basically limitless. I guess
Yep, there is in fact a mutant that is verified as an omega level Wolverine.
Wolverine should just be grateful magneto doesn’t decide to stop playing games one day
He's beaten magneto multiple times, stripping the metal out of him as punishment was literally his worst mistake and he knew it. Wolverine could have killed him 10 days a week and 25 times a day after that.
Naw@@johnjames3504
@@johnjames3504 or if magneto just decided to rip him piece by piece with the metal intact and decided to put his body into an incinerator, or have one of his mutants burn each piece individually. Then wolverine would be pretty useless in that situation right?
But the writing is always going to work his healing factor back somehow
@NKG13 he's had similar done several times..... it never works. Can't blame plot unless you're willing to say Hulk, deadpool, supes, sabertooth, and essentially every high end healer and reality warper is just plot armor. Lol.
😂
I love the voice of the narrator
