No kidding I had to do some changes to make it more rigid and reliable of a machine The first one had many weak points in my opinion Which lead to a mechanical failure and total loss
You've done a great job of setting your heli up. I like the authority you have in case you need it. I think I'll be buying one this year or maybe the Apache. I'd like to connect with you at some point to discuss setup. I'm in the Houston area.
I had to make sure this thing can handle normal 700 helicopter abuse ofc I won't be doing any 3d with it but for sure will bank turns and faster speed flight
So much complaining about others and this and that, you say how you watch everyone else do sketchy take off but literally 2 seconds after that you about crashed it, and I also don't get why people spend 2grand on a rc aircraft and then fly them no more then 10ft from yourself, regardless of maiden.
And what would the price have to do with anything in regards to flying, but I'll say flying closer would suit it best since it is a scale machine that weighs about 18 -20 pounds flying far in my opinion would defeat the purpose of flying scale.
Congratulations on an excellent build. The average person can't appreciate what it takes to build something like this.

That thing is sick! I'm not ready for scale yet. I'm still working on my orientations. I can hover without crashing though.🤣

It's a kit it's very easy to assemble though

8-10 min

No Black Hawk Down today.👍
No not this time lol
you need to slow down all of your movements to make it look like a scale machine
Yeah it's more of a cool sport flyer for me
The helicopter that sensitive or is that you.
I'm just moving it all crazy to get a feel for it
It feels like flying a 3d helicopter just heavier
