I would personally go S21 Ultra. The S21 only had a 1080p screen. That personally would be the deal breaker. And I wouldn’t choose the S20 since it had an older processor
I can't get used too not having a WhatsApp message alert or red button charging symbol or pressing the screen to open it up keep having to press the side button. If anyone know anything please let me know.
Great review, and the info is very helpful. Having been in the Apple ecosystem for many years, and just updated to iPhone 12 Pro, I find myself wanting to switch to Samsung Galaxy. This looks like a great alternative! Wish I had seen this before I upgraded my iPhone.
Can the s21 cast to tv without using Chromecast or a router, i.e. just using WiFi data? I don't have a router, just use my unlimited data on T-Mobile. I'm cheap, just use my data for internet. Been using a Netgear Push2TV to cast to tv, hoping s21 can cast using the Push2TV.
I personally prefer the larger screen and larger battery of the FE vs s21. A few reviews that tested the battery life said they were disappointed in s21. IMO it's also nice to have the option of expandable memory, and I would be surprised if the processor is that noticeable of a difference to most people. Cheers!
Does someone know if the Samsung S21 have Snapdragon on all devices or does it have also Exynos? I ask this cause i see the snapdragon is better than exynos and want that. But in EU it have Exynos. So i am wondering if all country is differently and have different process.
Samsung fans will buy the s20 whatever but those not tied to an OEM will not find the s20 that persuasive. Samsung has tried to make it look better than it is with some deals but if you do not need another set of Galaxy Buds or accessories then the value of the freebies are more in resale value (probably a lot less than the listed price). The s20 looks half-hearted and against the upcoming phones in Europe will need healthy discounts sooner rather than later to sell. I will wait for the OP9P or Mi11P of Xperia 1 mk3 and there is a multiple of other phones coming from China that will be similar. I understand the phones I mentioned are not as cheap as they are in the UK, the Xperia 1 mk2 was around £800 on contract last year and the mk 1 was £560 when new. I assume other OEMs struggle in the US due to Samsung and Apple dominating, it is a strange market where consumers settle on effectively an oligopoly! S20; good phone, nothing special, and maybe £200 too expensive.
I watch a few tech UA-cam creators but I love seeing more women in the business. A nice detailed video as always. I'll be hanging on to my N20U for quite awhile.
I have s20 plus n I don't see this as a upgrade at all. And not being able to put my SD card in SMH! I like flat screens but they dropped the ball imo And a charger wire is probably 25 cents to them. Crazy
I was thinking LG for my next phone and then Lisa says they might stop making them😭 And with Sony skipping Canada I’m not hopeful I’ll be in one of the possible select markets
I love my S21. Battery life is weird. I turned off all power saving settings and got 9 hours and 27 minutes BUT today I had all power saving settings on and only got 5 hours. Wtf? Other then that I LOVE LOVE LOVE this phone. I got mine for 400 switching to xfinity mobile. If anyone is interested in this phone and it's too expensive check out Samsung a52
On video reviews I was honestly drawn to the violet color and gold accents, seemed very luxurious to me. But I went into a local retailer and the violet is much brighter than I had hoped and the gold is a slightly pink rose gold. Doesn't mean you won't love it but I decided to choose a different color for myself.
Apple never offered it, Samsung has now stopped offering it. You'll likely see other manufacturers drop SD card expansion this year, if they even offered it in the first place. Ditto not including a charger and headphones. Your options will become very limited.
@@misterhoeflak Luckily, there's plenty of other phones out there that still have it. Almost all non-flagship phones still carry MicroSD card slot, 3.5mm audio jack and even accessories in the box. It's the people buying the flagship phones who are being taken for a ride by these big companies. It's hilarious actually.
If you already own the S20 and you're thinking about upgrading to the S21 do not do it!! You will lose 4 gigabytes of RAM you will lose your SD card which is extra storage for your phone unlike iPhone 🤔 Why!! You will also lose your screen resolution it only is capable of 1080p now the Samsung S20 does 4K & Beyond Also it feels much cheaper plastic back?? Also the camera protrudes from the back of the phone on the corner so if you drop it you'll damage the camera way easier the glass over the camera I would advise anyone to stay away from the S21 and just stick with the s20 it's a far better phone you can get it for the same price cuz it's a year old now.

I love the phone, not a huge fan of the battery life so far. It seems to do OK when in an area with good cellular reception, however when you don't get good signal it seems to do and awful lot of signal searching which drains the battery.
how do you put sd contents on phone
Why does everyone reviewer hate the curved screen.
Most people I talk to who are regular Samsung fans,
Really like the curves, or don't mind them
I love the way it makes me feel like there are no bezels....
They suck ass! Active people as myself break them constantly
Regular vanilla S21 review, that's awesome! Great video as always :)
Great video as usual Lisa
What do you think of the S21 vs the S20? Is it a downgrade? It seems they took away a LOT of features and even the screen curve (which essentially was the major differentiator between Samsung and any other brand)
Double tap the screen to wake it up.
Wi-Fi direct is what you're talking about. Yes it can.
If you're trying to choose between the s20 FE and the S21.... Go S21, the processor brings a better experience
The USA is the only country that get the Snapdragon version.
Great review!!
Is it time to upgrade from S10 plus?
I have. Got the s21 for £450 with trade in my s10+
Only if you have money to burn.
thanks Lisa... superb as always..
Just pre-ordered this to replace my 4a, came here to see if I should keep the pre-order!
Thank you for the review. Constant talking. Yet full of useful info tips and anecdotes.
Good review Lisa
nice done review...balanced and mature🙂
I watch a few tech UA-cam creators but I love seeing more women in the business. A nice detailed video as always. I'll be hanging on to my N20U for quite awhile.
My S21+ arrives Wednesday 🙌🏽
Your reviews are the best
I disagree with you; the cameras are not way better on the S21 Ultra
i pre ordered the samsung galaxy s21 5G phantom pink 256gb
S21 plus actually has a larger battery this year, at 4,800 mah
Love your videos I love samsung galaxy phones watching on my samsung galaxy s20 plus stay safe and healthy ❤❤❤
I have s20 plus n I don't see this as a upgrade at all. And not being able to put my SD card in SMH! I like flat screens but they dropped the ball imo
And a charger wire is probably 25 cents to them. Crazy
6:57 -> 😻
I was thinking LG for my next phone and then Lisa says they might stop making them😭 And with Sony skipping Canada I’m not hopeful I’ll be in one of the possible select markets
Watching this vid with S21. It's really good phone.
How did you get yours so early?
@@Toyeboy89 I preordered in korea
@@pudding2501 great! Is it SD 888 or Exynos?
@@Toyeboy89 exynos

I love my S21. Battery life is weird. I turned off all power saving settings and got 9 hours and 27 minutes BUT today I had all power saving settings on and only got 5 hours. Wtf? Other then that I LOVE LOVE LOVE this phone. I got mine for 400 switching to xfinity mobile. If anyone is interested in this phone and it's too expensive check out Samsung a52
the no micro sd is more a "we will get much more money if we double memory for 200 more" measure. To hell with customers right? lol
Is the violet color also for men, or only for women?
On video reviews I was honestly drawn to the violet color and gold accents, seemed very luxurious to me. But I went into a local retailer and the violet is much brighter than I had hoped and the gold is a slightly pink rose gold. Doesn't mean you won't love it but I decided to choose a different color for myself.
@@40WAT3R thank you
@@40WAT3R I'm the opposite because I get tired of black phones so I went with the purple just to have something different.
No SD card no Samsung , period .
Awesome shirt!!!
Awesome T!
I am with a s7 and maybe i gonna wait until s23
Thank you! I'm so tired of the tech nerds with their loud ass music and odd videos. Show us the phone and talk. ❤❤❤❤
