    A1) 1 set warm up set
    Lying supinated leg press x 6-8reps
    A2) 3 sets
    Weighted lying supinated leg press x 6-8reps
    B1) 3 sets
    Lying abductor leg raises x 6 reps
    C1) 3 sets
    Isolated leg adduction x 3 + 5sec holds
    D1) 3 sets
    Bent leg lifts x 2 10 sec holds
    D2) 3 sets
    Straight leg isolation lifts x 2 x 10secs
    F1) 3 sets
    weighted calf raises x 15reps
