We specialise in hi end, yet excellent value audio upgrades, vehicle modification and vehicle security.
The G80 M3 is our latest demo car, we invested in this to allow us to move forward in the BMW Audio Upgrade sector which is one of our most popular vehicles to upgrade, we have been concentrating on BMW Audio Upgrades for over 10 years and this is our sixth BMW demo car in that time so we take it pretty seriously.
The G80 and indeed most BMW`s post 2021 will be using I Drive 7 or above, currently (Jan 2023) There is not a digital interface available to remove the HK or RAM amplifier allowing a digitally connection to our DSP (digital sound processor) This makes achieving a really good sound far more challenging.
After 2 months of development, working with the I Drive 8 platform (BMW M3) we are finally achieving quite incredible results.
The system installed in this M3 comprises of Morel front components, Morel under seat subwoofers, JL Audio VXi digital amplification and DSP and an optional boot mounted JL Audio subwoofer. The system is completely stealth, ie the interior is 100% unchanged, the sound system is totally hidden.
The vehicle is on site most days so please feel free to book an appointment and come along for a demonstration, if you own a 2021 up BMW you must hear this car before beginning the upgrade journey.

You do a fantastic job and the finish looks great! Is the party sub - pipped into the cabin ?
Ok I need more info on the w3 install! I have one in a box now but would love to know which amp and which enclosure you used for this.

Do you work with anyone in the North East (Boston) of the United States? I haven't heard your system, but based on your description, it sounds absolutely impressive, so I would not mind having one installed in my 2024 G80 M3 Competition XDrive.
Do you know anybody in the US that can install these ?

Where did you get the pre fab sub enclosure?
actually the car is in Montreal, Canada right now but will be shipped in Greece in July
Do you work with any partner in Greece or close to Greece? i would like to get this done on mine!
You said you started with a prefab enclosure for the sub, can you share where you got if from?
Hi Jeff, the enclosure came from Visual Ice in the UK, the box is very well made and fitted pretty well, as its a demo car we needed it to be perfect so spent a couple of hours moulding it in to the space and re trimmed the front. There are always going to be slight variations in the boot trim shapes as they are quite pliable.
As a pre made product the quality was exellent and I would highly recommend them.
How did you split up the 6 channel, Between the Front card, Rear Card, Center Dash & Seat Subs?
In this system the 6 channel drove the front mids + tweeters + under seat woofers. Remember this video is 2 years old so the systems have moved on considerably. check out our latest videos on our channel, its beeing updated weekly.

I drive 9 will be based on Android. iDrive 8 cars will eventually get 8.5. The BMW X1 and the next Gen mini will get iDrive 9 first.
Thats good info, the only critism of id8 would be some of the graphics and colours, maybe 8.5 will improve this?? Have to wait and see.
Do you just bypass the factory amp? or do you go into the VXI6006 after the factory amp?
Good question. I would also like to know how the got the signal to the JL amp.
My guess is high-lever from the factory H/K amp.
