Doing nothing is the best option. When she pulls back she is hoping you will chase her to validate her worthiness. When you don't chase, she's terrified that you won't contact her again and they always come back. It might take a month or 2. Hold strong.
The best thing to do.....put her number in the computer and then delete her number from your phone. This will help you stop the urge to call her.

The problem with formulas is that this kind of relationship will not last for many years. Whenever you have to act in a way different than you are, at some point you'll forget and act normally again. Thus, causing conflict, and separation. Think in terms of finding the right person for you, and not just playing emotional games all the time.

Well you have a male fanbase but the things you teach are working the same as they do for women. If a women shows that much interest into a man he also ends up losing interest cause it has to be a balance of giving and taking. Wow, I'm currently in a similar situation with a co-worker and what you said is exactly how our interaction went down today! I do that too Corey. Whenever a girl I was interested in chooses another guy, I don’t get upset over it. I maintain my confidence, continue to see other women, and I just let whoever I was into go for a while until the woman wants to talk to me again. It is more logical than what many men think. I think what it all comes down to is having self-confidence in yourself and knowing what your worth. So many people hold onto relationships for dear life thinking that there’s no other way for life to go on without her. I love the analogy comparing women to cats. This actually helped me to understand them immensely. I love cats and have had many in my time. I am used to their behavior and do not get offended by their bullshit cat behaviors. Some ladies, like my ex, behave like bedraggled alley cats. Others, such as my mother, are much more like lions. I have learned to be indifferent to cats and let them come to me. Applying this to women should be easier for me now.

As much as I love the whole friends with benefits thing, I’m falling for this women after being so close, and when I’m left out of in the cold after no response is given to, say “good morning, last night was amazing and I hope you have a great day” it makes me feel like shit and is massively impacting on my mental wellbeing. Feel bitter and angry that I hear nothing back until when she feels she wants me again.
So then... just stop sending those text? I find men think they need to send more communication to women than they actually want. I stick to only reaching out to women to ask for dates and save random convos for when they're with me in person. Makes them miss me/think about me more, and usually results in them wanting more than just an FWB situation.

Thank you for pointing out NOT to ignore a woman. I hate being ignored & it makes me act disrespectful; I consider it a weak trait in a man if he flat out ignores me. But if he just doesn’t contact me first, I want to come towards them.
This is all true, and it makes me want nothing to do with serious relationships with women. It is simply too much of an energy drain to have to think on this level all the time.
All a woman has to do to keep most men interested is: 1. don't let your looks go to heck (e.g. don't gain 50 lbs), 2. be nice, 3. don't cheat, 4. have enjoyable sex reasonably often.
But men can't relax for a second.
And most can't even do #3

As a married man of 20 years to the same wife I can tell you marriage and life is often about balance. Some days you win and some days you lose but you stay in the game and always look to learn from your mistakes and improve yourself. Sometimes it means you do things you don't want to do for the benefit of the family. That's just life. Beyond that have faith in Jesus and have faith in yourself.
A woman who is interested wont make it difficult for you.
If you find yourself doing any of this to attract the girl you want then she is not for you, because when you find the right one, you will never have to go through these mind games. She will love you, your personality and will appreciate you for you and you won't have to do a damn thing. When you run bumps in the road you'll do what normal people do and talk it out.

I absolutely agree with what Coach says in this video and there's other dating coaches that teach that stupid 30 day no contact bullshit, then start contacting their ex again and it just doesn't work and even worse, one dating coach even says to continue to ignore your ex even when they are reaching out to you as long as it's within the 30 day no contact and I've seen so many guys do this and then when they out to their ex by day 30, guess what? She was dating some new dude, so the way Corey teaches is way better.

Well, if you're the one that got dumped and after 30 days, you're the one doing the contacting, that alone should tell you that there's a reason they aren't making any effort and you don't hear from them but people will humiliate themselves by doing this type of covert pursuing.

You're dealing with a very insecure female. If she was secure in herself, she wouldn't see a simple text from another girl as a threat to her. I wouldn't dare reach out to her at this time, the reason you're not hearing from her is that she's holding a grudge against you and if you reach out, more than likely you'll be met with harsh resistance, so don't put yourself in that position because it will be weak also.
If the girl that text you was just a friend and nothing is going on behind your girls back, then you have absolutely nothing to apologize about. Let her get over it first. It's only been since Sunday since you last heard from her and just let her come to you in her own time. Patience with females will be the No. 1 thing you absolutely have to have in dealing with them.

Read the book 15 times (at least) and tired of finishing his sentences, but I can say this, I got her back and realized she wasn’t worth the struggle.
Going forward and understanding women better, my multiple “friendships” come second to my personal/financial/physical growth.

This stuf works. After being dumped, I went into no contact for about 22 days, ex came back. However, she's still in the streets so I'm not her priority. Therefore, I'll continue to do my thing and not message or call her at all, she can reach out when she misses me.
After reading the book, and hearing this honestly I'm very direct and to the point. I always either way I'm going to enjoy life with a woman or without one. I'm grateful for my last experience where I learned alot from it.

This is a fantastic technique, that I have used over and over, been out dating now for three years after my divorce, and I found out that the women that I really wasn’t interested in after a couple dates and didn’t contact anymore, continued to contact me over and over and over! Through those experiences and watching Corey’s videos and some other presenters videos, it was obvious that this is how you go about it, always make sure that they’re slightly ahead of you emotionally, be a little bit mysterious, if they pull away, you pull back, if they really like you, and they value a possible relationship with you? They’re gonna chase you, if they don’t? You just lost somebody who didn’t give a damn anyway. It’s a very thin line, but you have to learn how to play the game correctly, it has as much to do feel as it does anything else. She doesn’t have true desire? And if she’s not willing to initiate anything or chase? She’s not your woman, let somebody else who doesn’t know what they’re doing have her.
This actually worked for me better than expected! :D it was funny to see how she reacted to not hear from me anything. Then after two weeks she was forced to call me at 5.30 am because she was so stressed about everything happened and wanted to talk with me.. heheh I recommend to try this.. it's little difficult because you are not sure if it works but if it was to work this is the best you can do. I did not hear from her anything before yesterday and have to admit didnt have high hopes anymore but keep strong.. let her a lot of space if she is into you, she will come back to you!
