Art Tablet Drivers Won’t Uninstall & How to Fix It (For PC)

This video explains how to uninstall art tablet drivers that won't uninstall from your computer or PC, regardless of art tablet brand (whether they be Wacom, Huion, Gaomon etc.).
In my case, my Gaomon tablet drivers wouldn't uninstall so I show some of the troubleshooting I went through and in particular had to deal with an error message that said "system has detected other tablet drivers. You need to uninstall all other tablet drivers before installing tablet drivers" finding the windtab32.dll needed to be deleted and then running into a follow up error preventing it from being deleted, which was an error message that read "The action can't be completed because the file is open in X software" when attempting to delete it.
I was able to successfully solve the issue and this should help anyone troubleshooting the uninstallation of their art tablet drivers!
