Idk about Gabor fibers but I know Belle tress has wonderful fibers that wear wonderfully even though they are HD fibers. I love many of their bob styles. The only complaint that I could possibly have about the brand in general is their wigs have kinda wimpy ear tabs. On the other hand, their cafe collection has beautiful vibrant colors that blend like a Solon style color. The lace front is great on colors like bombshell blonde with a beautiful natural light shade root, but their darker colors unfortunately do show more knots than I personally like. In the summer I always go for their butter beer blonde. Beautiful platinum with light faded in brownish, light red tint root. Gorgeous! Just a comment not suggesting you carry. Love this Gabor style. Love both you girls too! As a fellow southern girl...Panama City Beach Florida, I have to wear the most lightweight wigs I can find in summer bc of the EXTREME heat and humidity🥵. I LOVE ur UA-cam channel and watch every week. I especially love when you did the segment on sister wigs for curly and straight styles that was the most awesome video ever 🙏🏼

I like the rooted one the best. I love watching you both trying on different wigs. Y'all normally switch the new ones to see how it looks on Kim. I was hoping you'd do that this time too. Kim looks awesome in the rooted wigs. I'm still a bit timid about jumping in & getting my first wig. I have to locate a Wig Boutique here to try some on & try to figure out what I'd be comfortable wearing. I did watch a video that said Noriko uses a lot of permatease (sp?) and if you didn't like it that you should try another brand name.

OMG! I have graying dark blonde hair. The dark blonde is fading at the roots to that light red, light orange color!

I love the lighter root on the platinum. I wish more vendors would do the lighter root. It looks so much more natural. I think the darker roots can look really harsh on some people. Merry Christmas to everyone.

Having both versions of Sunkissed Beige, I seem to get the most compliments from strangers wearing the rooted one..however I also got a lot of compliments from my wig sisters when I posted it the non rooted version. I actually like the dark eyebrows! I usually just put face powder with a big fluffy brush to calm down!
I’m one of those pasty white pale blonde people who can’t wear the dark roots on most blonde colors these days. With my cool complexion I couldn’t wear the strawberry toned root either. So- I buy unrooted platinum wigs and add a pale ashy root and lowlights with light taupe Copic permanent markers from the art supply store. They come out fantastic!
I have stayed away from Gabor because I was afraid their blonde was too white as oppose to ash. But now, I am rethinking it. I was a natural blonde. Now white. So the rooted version should be just right. Thank you.

One more thing... I know that Misty loves the wig January and she wears it often I was wondering if you all could do a styling segment on January. I recently purchased it, and not used to a lot of permatease. so it feels kind of bulky around the crown bc of where permatease is placed, which I’m not use to, mine is a lot curlier than other versions I have seen I love it! it is beautiful but I need a little hair help here guys. I would greatly appreciate if you could show how you style your January because I love how it looks on you Misty please please do a video. You did say after all that it’s one of your all time favorites. It’s expensive and I don’t wanna mess it up and have not been able to find another video on styling from box.
There is a quite a bit of permatease right at the crown on that wig. The only permanent and "safe" solution for you to do yourself is to just wear it. I know that sounds crazy, but the more you wear it two things are going to happen:
1. Gravity will start to do its magic and settle some of that down.
2. You will get used to seeing yourself in a little fuller hair. (really...lol)
The important thing is to not turn it into a helmet and to let the hairs be free so they will look natural. AND, also you have to realize that you are your own worst critic and what you see when you look in the mirror is more critical than what everyone else sees. They will all be thinking how beautiful you look and not that the crown looks a little bulky. LOL

I think the dark rooted wig looks very good, the solid wig seems to wash out your face color
Yes not many people can pull it off, but we wanted to show how the root changes the color of the wig by bringing depth even though the overall hair is the same color.

OMG the cut looks completely different on both of you!
Received rooted version today it didn't look right! I have a longer face similar to the woman on the left and I just realized thats the problem! The shape is FLAT on top w/permatease in the middle lower crown- for whatever reason it looks fabulous on the lady on the right w/rounder face shape. The roots are extremely orange. If I purchased/kept this wig I would have to tone the roots and bring the length up- too much work for the price! If I catch it for $100 I'll do it! And post a video on how to fix it!

The only fault I find with Gabor is that some of the styles have too much hair in the front. Innuendo is one of my favorites.

I have a Igripe about roots.while I understand that "roots" are a thing, I am older and it's not a thing for my generation. I have always been a blonde , so to try and buy a wig that has lighter roots or no roots is practically impossible. My hair is now graying. So, again if I wanted a natural root, it certainly wouldn't be dark or that warm brown color that some come with. The arguement that roots make the piece look more natural doesn't make sense for an aging woman or women with naturally lighter hair. Why can't some of this companies make a piece with no roots or at least lighter cooler ashy colors to help this generation out? When I was younger having roots was not a good thing, so that stigma still sticks in my head. I wish wig companies would at least try to cater to an older group . I am not the only one who feels this way,its been discussed alot in groups I belong to
Most of our manufacturer's make several non-rooted shades of light blonde. Granted we show a lot of rooted colors on our channel because that is what the trend is right now, but they really are out there. :)

The rooted one looks much more natural but still to shiny and fake looking
That’s why we use dry shampoo before we wear them for ourselves, but these wigs aren’t our personal ones so we show them straight from the box and stress we shoot our videos under extra lights for the camera which can bring out more shine than normal.
My mother puts me to shame. She’s a glam gal and she’s 73 yrs old. Lol
Maria Moore oh girl, my Mom is gorgeous, also. She is 75 and looks so young and vibrant and I have a hard time keeping up with her. She is, truly, a blessing.
