UA-camr who has yelled "COOOCCCAAIINNNEE!" the most times in videos. That way Guinness will have to watch literally every video Simon has made.
Let's go with this one
Absolutely 😊
Honestly, I think Joe Rogan has him beat if we’re just counting it being yelled on the show.
@@harleyjo4875 Wouldn't that be MDMA?
Most active channels?
The Mythbusters younger crew dying is still sad, it wasn't just the one.
We used to watch it in Science class. Everyone I knew was just devastated every time.
I only just learnt that Grant died too. I’m devastated. I loved those guys 😢
@@Vee_of_the_WealdAdam, talked about losing Grant it was tragic on his YT channel. Yes really awful to lose them both.

You mean jacksucksatlife
Woulda thought Simon has that beat
highest number of sister channels, thinning the quality down to the depths this video. first minute was all cringe.
I was going to say, the best records are ones you already hold and don't know it, and "most channels owned by a single person with over X-amount of subscribers" is surely something Simon has achieved. We just have to pay the money grubbers at Guinness.
@@joejoe2658 The first minute had me sputtering with laughter. I went to school with a kid named Hugh Dickerson, and you better believe he went by "Huge" while emphasizing the first syllable of his surname. 🤣

And believing that driving in F1 requires no physical strength and that men wouldn't have an advantage on that front, especially before the introduction of power steering in the series, which wasn't until the 90s for most teams.
F1's Commercial RIghts holders have been trying to find a successful female driver for decades because they know it will attract views.
@@mp4986 There is still very much the uphill battle against cultural stereotypes that dissuade young girls from even expressing an interest in such activities, That does a good job of stamping out any passion a lot of young girls may have harboured for the sport and still makes so many others reluctant to express that passion at an early age. This is really bad when it comes to actually discovering candidates with the passion and talent to develop into professional competitors at the highest level early enough that they can develop and compete alongside their peers. Professionals at the pinnacle of any sport achieve by having the training and resources to enable them to devote their life to get where they are starting at an early age. A difference of a few years in realising that the path to that dream is one you have the option to try and take is enough to basically guarantee you will not be competitive with your peers anymore. If we ever want this to change we would need to change the cultural barriers that discourage young girls from showing a passion for motorsport and instead encourage them to share that and provide them with the resources and opportunity to develop their talents.

My mom had a heart attack last week from fear. A wild animal was under her car growling and it scared her so much she ran into the house. Granted she's 85 and has had 2 heart attacks previously.
Now that I think about it, her second heart attack was from fear. She was driving and it started snowing. The car started sliding suddenly but after regained control. When she got home she realized she was having a heart attack (and at the hospital found out she had one 6 weeks before) crazy.
Kevin, man, that intro and the huge beaver thing was absolutely GOLD!
I had to re-start the video because I couldn't stop laughing at Huge Beaver. I don't why.... It was really Simon's reaction... So, I re-started the video. Still laughing... 😂😂😂

fun fact: burying yourself alive used to be an old sideshow stunt you might see at a fair. Tod Browning, the director of Dracula made his living doing this before becoming a director.
Surely Simon could get an award for highest number of monetized UA-cam Channels with over #### subscribers owned ( or created, hosted, etc.) by a single presenter. Just keep narrowing it down until he wins a category.
Look there's a record and it's currently 11 therefore, Simon needs to make one more successful channel

There was a guy who fell into a drain thing, except instead of a regular drain it was the drain for an industrial boiler. He was stuck in there, alive, for over half an hour. They lowered a rope in but he was too badly burned at that point to hold on. The fun thing about boiling water is that it isn't hot enough to destroy pain neurons like how fire can, so you fully feel everything the entire time.
You just get boiled alive for potentially hours.
Carbon Dioxide poisoning : You eventually pass out. But first you choke and choke and choke whilst gasping for air. So not nice.
I think Simon was thinking of Carbon Monoxide poisoning, from which you *do* just quietly pass out.
Yes, because the buildup of carbon dioxide in the blood is what triggers the “breathe now” reflex, not lack of oxygen. If carbon monoxide or something else is building up, your body doesn’t notice while your blood oxygen levels are dropping

Lorelie the best as always. I love her high effort edits. Too bad Australian internet is slow we can't see her more.
Aw, thanks! And my internet has been mad at me the last few days over that Aussie video... 🤣
Minecraft UA-camr ibxtoycat did a piece on this. Basically a video game streamer payed Guinness to certify his “most stair blocks stacked diagonally in 30 seconds” record (17 or so?). ibxtoycat, being a dedicated Minecraft player, easily beat it by 4 and submitted the video to Guiness’s free record update queue; shockingly it didn’t get updated. (His video goes into more detail, I’m just going off of memory)
You can absolutely have a heart attack from fear. There's a well known case of this woman who was terrified of bunjee jumping but her boyfriend convinced her to try it. She misheard the person who was hooking her up and jumped too early. The autopsy said she died of a heart attack on the way down because of how scared she was once she realized what she had done.
Are heart attacks really that fast? Even for the tallest bungy jump in the world sudden geological deceleration is going to be around 15s after jumping. Are you saying she could realise what she did, have a heart attack and already be dead in that time?
@@jonatanrullman You have to remember that death certificates list all of the factors present that could or would most likely have been sufficient to cause death in their own right. Under these circumstances the cardiac arrest absolutely would make that list because that was in fact actively killing her before it got interrupted by the collision with the ground. Had there been enough height available like if they had jumped for the cruising altitude of an airliner the cardiac arrest would have been able to do the job, so both it and the ground collision were in fact both sufficient to cause death under the circumstances. A heart attack in circumstance where resuscitation is impossible or is ineffective absolutely qualifies as sufficient clause to merit inclusion on the death certificate because without effective resuscitation is is indeed a fatal event in it's own right.

Most money taken by a youtube copyright claim.
I believe the Guinness Word Record is held by pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis, so you'd have to figure out what the bribe is for OED and Webster to approve your new longer word, and that would probably be the world record for the most money spent for a word record.

Fun Facts are supposed to be fun, otherwise it's just a fact.
Are they sure the rope in that tug of war one never broke the sound barrier? The sound of a whip cracking is literally caused by the movement of the whip breaking the sound barrier and causing a miniature sonic boom, so if a rope breaking causes a loud crack, it's not exactly unlikely that the same thing is happening there...
It was definitely a sonic boom. It doesn't have to be a jet, obviously. That one after the Beirut explosion a few years ago was quite astonishing, though, and yet, many people believed it was a *second* explosion. #science #smh
Also, that needs to be a new T-shirt in the Whisterzon.
A whip can break the sound barrier because it's tapered. You can impart a lot of energy into that wave, and it gets funneled down to a very small mass at the tip. High energy and small mass means high velocity. It's unlikely a constant diameter rope would break in a way to produce the same effect.

Dying from fear is absolutely a thing, it happens FAR more frequently than people think. Firefighters rescue people frequently who still die.. not from smoke inhalation or burns, but heart attacks from the fear of dying in the fire.
Nah
Indeed, granted there is usually some underlying condition often that the person may not even be aware of which makes their body less able to to tolerate the biological effects of extreme stress. But it absolutely does happen as a lot of people do have cardiac or respiratory problems that cannot handle the sudden added pressure of the sudden release of high doses of adrenaline and stress hormones like cortisol. May not always be a heart attack either, could be something like an aneurism rupturing or similar. Anything that lowers your bodies ability to handle spikes in heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate, or any one of many other effects of intense stress could prove fatal if subjected to an extremely stressful situation. Granted one could argue it was in fact the underlying condition ultimately responsible and yet these people would have been fine potentially for years were it not for that triggering stress event. Years in which any hidden condition would have had a lot more opportunities to be detected and diagnosed with plenty of time for treatment to take effect. Most of these are things that years down the line likely would progress to the point they would start to exhibit mild but manageable symptoms triggered by everyday stresses but because the person was subjected to such intense stress it was immediately fatal when it first presented itself.
