Thanks for the follow up! I had the same problem fixed the issue removed the hub commander from the water cooler. The instructions were vague. There should be separate instructions for the water cooler then instructions for connecting the I-link fans but still working on getting all the RGB to sync together but resolved the heating issue. Thanks 👍
I'm using the h100i that works fine for the first 10 minutes or so after powering on the pc. After this 10 minutes it's starts blinking red, but the temperatures of the water and the cpu don't change. Nothing is overheating, the pump just stops working. Sometimes it will turn back on and start working again but will usually repeat this process over and over, whether I am running programs/games or not, I still get this blinking red effect.
@@shuvam_gtm somewhat. I shook my hoses around with the pump running on extreme to try to get any air bubbles out of the system. Then I secured the hoses up to the top of the case so they would be running straight down to the pump instead of curving out. I believe the issue is to do with an air pocket stuck in the pump which produces a lot of heat in the pump causing it to auto shutdown. This has given me major improvements but I still have had it shut down after doing this. Not 100% perfect solution but it helped me in my situation. My radiator is mounted to the top of my case so depending on your setup my fix might not work in your situation. Hope this helped
I had to flip the low quality controller upside down, its the connection to it that keeps throwing up the cautionary exclamation mark, as it only happened when i closed the case at the side. I returned it in the end, corsair said it was faulty. Any slight movement of the cables from the core would cause either incorrect readings or a pump failure. The official forum has a long list of red triangle and pump problems associated with their coolers
My computer came with a bad pump smh .. Soon as I booted my PC up it made a noise and was solid red while blinking red so I had to RMA and send it back to the company 🤦🏾♂️ .. so I went to Best Buy to buy another to see if it would work and I end up getting the same problem so I’m waiting on the new pump from Corsair so I can bring the one from Best Buy back
i just plug mine into the pump header on the mobo, the 2 fans into the cpu fan headder and control it with the bios, which sounds similar to what you did. i will say too that if you have moved your case for cleaning or whatever you may want to tip it when you turn it on so that any air bubbles that may have gotten into the pump can get out. had mine overheat on boot yesterday due to an air bubble.
quick / bandaid fix. move the CPU pump tiny cord to another fan port on your motherboard. instead of it being on CPU i put it on system fan 2 and it will work. untill you can fix the major issue.
Likely at the CPU_Fan header or the PUMP_Fan header. Those are at the top right for my motherboard but it might be different depending on what board you've got
I have the same overheating problem with a silverstone td03-slim, but I have the pump connected to the motherboard. And the computer gets no sun. Just replaced thermal paste, but no dice, still overheats like crazy. Maybe I'll replace the AIO water cooler by a regular cpu cooler. Ps the water cooler hoses barely get warm when the cpu is hitting 80-90°c
Swampert Tube mine just did this and i freaked out but then restarted my pc, checked my temps, and everything looked fine. :/ don’t even know how to feel

My bro, this work for me. Thanks for the video!!

I get the same issue right now! did you find a solution?

Have you found a fix now? I'm getting this exact same issue.
@@iiTzJaMiE unfortunately the cooler was faulty and I had to return it. Luckily I purchased a protection plan so I was able to get a free replacement
the sun will make for a bad day when it comes to cooling your computer LOL. glad you got it figured out dude. good luck with your future builds man!

Where exactly did you connect the cooler on the motherboard
don’t update ICUE firmware or your cooler will brick
My issue was the standoff. It was not tight enough. You lived and you learn, rookie mistake.
How tight should it be currently getting g cpu fan error is it not flush enough
Bro where I. The motherboard?

Hey man I have the same cooler but only one of the tubes is running the liquid is that normal ?
And now I just deleted all the corsair software off my computer because it was acting up again. CPU started getting hot for no damn reason

corsair has something wrong with their coolit pumps i think

same problem here, even at stock CPU speed
Maybe the AIO needs reseating, make sure backplates are tight, cpu in center, and pressure the AIO towards the cpu a bit while screwing.
There coolers had a recall i believe.
They did? I wasn't aware. I use the commander pro and the h100i elite capellix cooler, and my cooler started flashing red and I was freaking out
Swampert Tube mine just did this and i freaked out but then restarted my pc, checked my temps, and everything looked fine. :/ don’t even know how to feel
Awesome! Like 😁
got the same problem
I had a Corsair H100i fail on me and cause CPU overheating too!
@Mudboy Kennels Tv any update ?
@Mudboy Kennels Tv what pin on the cooler ?
Cool
