how do you make videos? mine takes pictures but when i make videos and open it on my laptop, it shows a black screen and ends in 3 seconds. como haces videos la mía toma fotos, pero cuando hago videos y los abro en mi computadora portátil, muestra una pantalla negra y termina en 3 segundos.

All I do is, pull the memory card n I don’t have any problem downloading in my computer, maybe your card is defected, try different memory card,
