Wow! So cool- I am a huge fan and occasionally pop in the discord! I am still putting together this additives playlist, it's so incomplete. I love the experiment you did adding oils to MP. Thank you so much for stopping by, I feel honored! 😍🤩
Use high quality poppy seeds; I prefer to use the ones from Wholesale Supplies Plus, as they are prewashed in the processing (I am not sponsored by them, I just trust their product). If yours come grey or ashy looking, instead of dark blue/black, you may consider washing and thoroughly drying them, although I don't know the exact process for washing them. My theory is that the ones that come grey and dusty are carrying other organic material and that may mold. The seeds themselves will not take on water, swell up, or mold. I hope that makes sense. I wonder if you could even spritz them with rubbing alcohol to remove unwanted microbes or other organic material. They would certainly dry faster. Hope this helps.
A Sudser sent me here for information about stuff in melt and pour after I got big confused on a Tiktok so thank you for the info!

What about mold formation in the melt and pour soap. How do you prevent that
