Your video Especially Helpful because I was gunna use a Jar of Marinara, AND you were the Only one who covered the dish, so the cheese still looked appealing and the noodles weren't rubbery. Nov 14, 2021. This is her second video I've watched today. Love them both. I'm 68. But I was born and raised hyperactive so I keep screaming "get to the point." These videos are perfect for my hyper-ness. No long talks in the beginning, no chopping vegetables for 10 minutes, just the facts. Can't wait to see more. Click on her picture and they're all there, but I'll be getting them as well in my daily videos. I download them to my phone so I could save the recipes.

I know this video is not new but stumbled upon it. I am not a Cook. I opened my big mouth at work and needed something quick to bring for a party. This was Simple, delicious and was a hit. Thank you Soooo Much! 🥰
Awesome recipe! Made this last night and wow it was one of the best things I have ever made. Your recipe rocks. A couple adaptations I made: we all adore spinach so I thawed some frozen spinach, squeezed out the extra water and added it to the ricotta mixture. My sons all commented on how much they liked the spinach in there. And personally, I am not a fan of mozzarella (I know, crazy), so I swapped that out for more parmesan-asiago-romano cheese shreds and then grated on a bit of Trader Joe's caramelized onion cheddar before baking/broiling. I also added in lots of chili flakes and spices to the meat sauce and fresh herbs I had growing (shredded basil, parsley and dill). Served it all with a brightly dressed salad and homemade garlic bread with an herbed compound butter. OMG. We had enough to freeze leftovers for another night when we don't want to cook, but we all agreed we'd love to have this every month! I'll be playing around with lots of variations. Thanks for this great recipe and your hilarious awesome video. I'm a new fan!

I made it, BUT, I passed on the ricotta for fresh mozzarella and shredded asiago...I love the Briney bite of that cheese and it was still moist! I made my own marinara because my Dad is recovering quiet well from prostate cancer, praise the Lord, so everything must be fresh. He loved the dish and the size was perfect. Thank you Natasha!

This looks DELISH! LOVE your recipes AND videos. A tip I recently received: soak the lasagna noodles lying flat in warm salted water in an 11 x 13" pan about 30 min. - rehydrates, yet prevents overcooked, mushy pasta once baked. I tried this (thinking the noodles would stick together? - they did not). My go to method for the perfect baked pasta dishes.

I do mine same way but add little surprise roll 2 pepperoni's in center than 2 on top each roll is very good and also shows you were each roll is and looks pretty. That little extra pepperoni sausage really gives it flavor pop.
I've been making this recipe for some time. Always a big hit! 😊 So much easier than the traditional way of making lasagna. I combine beef with ground sausage. So good!

Mushrooms, onion, bell pepper, sausage, garlic, and just a dash of crushed red pepper, and a pinch of anise seed. Greek, Arabic, Turkish, and Thai is yummier to me! 😛😋😇

When my mother was in high school she learned to make HUNGARIAN CHICKEN PAPRIKASH; I'm wondering if you could find a recipe for something like it?- PRETTY PLEASE??! As a kid that was so, sooo, good!!! Especially after i had my wisdom teeth removed! Another thing was a German recipe for stölen brat; which is a fruity, nutty, dark but semi sweet bread. We called it stolenbread. Real "Olde World" style cooking - the olde ways rock, microwaves can't cook! 🤤😋😋

Just made this last night!! Really nummy!! Your roll ups are so neat!! Mine of course were oozing out as I rolled them-I put less in and still oozed, but it didn’t change the taste or looks of this dish!! My daughter’s boyfriend, ate almost all of the roll ups she took home, in one sitting!! My daughter and I did a night of cooking!! We also made your chicken fried rice!! Also great!! This would be so perfect for a family occasion because you don’t have to slice the lasagna beforehand so it stays juicy. It holds all of that moisture inside of each roll up. You were right on that one, definitely easy to serve. Can’t wait to make this! Thank you for the amazing idea!
They’re in the oven. I had left over ricotta so I’m boiling up some more pasta but Rigatoni not lasagna noodles. Putting them in the oven in a small bread loaf pan and going to use the rest of everything up. I’m excited ! I’ll let you know how it comes out. By the way, I have 15 lasagna rolls in the pan. UPDATE: They came out GREAT ! I put them individually in the freezer. My husband doesn’t care for lasagna because of the ricotta cheese. So I made them for me. I will enjoy them for some time now. Thanks so much !

I just made this tonight for myself but used non dairy cheese and non dairy richotta( lactose intolerant) and it came out pretty well my first go! I saw the recipe online but the site was not detailed enough and I looked up the recipe on here and found your video! I found the exact steps of rolling the noodles up most helpful too! Thank you so much! I am trying to learn to cook more etc. I appreciate how concise and simple but yet detailed enough your instructions were! Try this I just seen it on TV so I had to try it and it is great Steam your noodles: Place noodles in a metal baking pan with sides, making sure to spread out. Pour steaming-hot salted water over the top, moving noodles around a bit to be sure the water gets between them. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and let rest for 20 to 25 minutes. When ready to assemble, remove one at a time as you go and pat dry.
My favorite dinner is your roll ups meat lasagna! This is the best recipe that I've been waiting! So yummy and cheessy roll ups meat lasagna ! Over loaded of cheese so yummy!

Just made this last night!! Really nummy!! Your roll ups are so neat!! Mine of course were oozing out as I rolled them-I put less in and still oozed, but it didn’t change the taste or looks of this dish!! My daughter’s boyfriend, ate almost all of the roll ups she took home, in one sitting!!
My daughter and I did a night of cooking!! We also made your chicken fried rice!! Also great!! Every recipe of yours that I have made has turn out wonderful!! (Good daughter even cleaned up the kitchen mess for me!❤️❤️❤️)

This would be so perfect for a family occasion because you don’t have to slice the lasagna beforehand so it stays juicy. It holds all of that moisture inside of each roll up. You were right on that one, definitely easy to serve. Can’t wait to make this! Thank you for the amazing idea!

They’re in the oven. I had left over ricotta so I’m boiling up some more pasta but Rigatoni not lasagna noodles. Putting them in the oven in a small bread loaf pan and going to use the rest of everything up. I’m excited ! I’ll let you know how it comes out. By the way, I have 15 lasagna rolls in the pan.
UPDATE: They came out GREAT ! I put them individually in the freezer. My husband doesn’t care for lasagna because of the ricotta cheese. So I made them for me. I will enjoy them for some time now. Thanks so much !

I just made this tonight for myself but used non dairy cheese and non dairy richotta( lactose intolerant) and it came out pretty well my first go! I saw the recipe online but the site was not detailed enough and I looked up the recipe on here and found your video! I found the exact steps of rolling the noodles up most helpful too! Thank you so much! I am trying to learn to cook more etc. I appreciate how concise and simple but yet detailed enough your instructions were! Try this I just seen it on TV so I had to try it and it is great Steam your noodles: Place noodles in a metal baking pan with sides, making sure to spread out. Pour steaming-hot salted water over the top, moving noodles around a bit to be sure the water gets between them. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and let rest for 20 to 25 minutes. When ready to assemble, remove one at a time as you go and pat dry.
