I wear Cloud by Swiss Engineering i really like them for running and working out and i have another pair i wear for every day. I'm in Philly so i went to the Philadelphia running store and they watched me run and then gave recommendations. I must say that evaluation is so needed. I'm a 7 and stayed a 7... keep in mind i do more exercises then outside running but when it was warm i ran 3 times a week. Now it's cold i have a 5k once a month.
Getting fitted for a running shoe is a must! So glad you found the shoes you love 💕
Did the same - great for my knee: Harvard professor Daniel Lieberman has ditched his trainers and started running barefoot. His research shows that barefoot runners, who tend to land on their fore-foot, generate less impact shock than runners in sports shoes who land heel first. This makes barefoot running comfortable and could minimize running-related injuries.
💯!! I was actually learning about the benefits of barefoot running in the mist of creating this video! I don’t know how brave i am to run outdoors without shoes 😂 but i totally understand why people would make this choose! Thanks for the awesome comment & for watching 💕

It was really such a great experience! I was shocked on all the steps but my shoes fit so well! I couldn’t be happier!
Did you have to get the membership to buy the shoes?
No, i didn’t! You just get a little discount if you become a member. I actually recently cancelled my membership because i don’t do much running anymore 💕
How much did it cost ?
I paid $129.95 for my shoes $20 for the socks and i think $69 for the insoles. And the membership was $20 💕
