Today we are in Germany!! And I am not alone! I flew here with my ex fiance Sami and here were waiting my friend Richard and some friends from scrub daddy! This home had SO much trashes that I absolutely needed all the help so the cleaning could be done in a few days. We had so much fun here and I loved cleaning with my friends. The story of this home is quite unique. The person living here told me that she is transgender and had been really depressed their whole life. Everything had been feeling hopeless all their life. Until very recently when they found their soulmate. They are in love and life has felt a lot better. Now they are hoping to move together but this home still needed to be sorted out. And that’s why we are here!!

Hi Auri! You might not see this, but I just wanted to thank you for your videos. I just recently found your channel and it has given me the bravery to finally start cleaning my parent's kitchen. Both my parents work super hard and dont have the energy to clean much, so the kitchen is in pretty bad shape. Normally any kind of gunk or grime makes me gag, but after watching some of your videos and seeing your good attitude, I went to the store, bought all the tools i needed, and got to work. Amazing as always! As for your relationship - it is yours and only yours. Your fan base is happy to see you happy but you don't need to explain, define, categorize or anything really unless you find comfort in doing so. I've had episodes of pretty bad relationship OCD (still struggling), so I can see why you might feel hesitant talking about it

I love watching these videos, and I understand the struggles, my place used to be spotless but with being ill and bedridden for long time, everything piles up and can only do so much it’s awful. I feel ashamed and it doesn’t help when nosy neighbors went through my trash to make sure I recycled. Of course I recycled... before I got sick. Now just piles of recycled stuff all over, at least that’s organized sadly... just hard to do much when one is unwell. With me... it’s my head... it hurts all the time, now it’s getting harder to move when I fall a lot. It’s embarrassing to ask for help, and when I did ask for help around where I live, no one could care less. I wonder how many people near me have the same problems and need help? There is a lot of people, Auri would have a field day with all those needing cleaning help here. Maybe send email when I get more brave to do so... wow.. this is the first I’ve opened up about the struggles of unkept house 🤦♀️... I digress... love this channel so much ❤️ kudos 👍

If there is anyone like Auri in Victoria, Australia - there is a woman named Maree on the news at the moment, living near Geelong. Authorities removed her brother’s corpse from her home (they think he’d been there five years, poor man). The home is full to the ceiling with clutter and filth. She is now staying in the sweltering garage, trying to clean up by herself so she can re-enter the house. She’s drinking from the hose and trying to cut the lawns with scissors. It’s so tragic. I thought I would mention this because she needs someone to help her, even just organising a cleaning team. I don’t think it’s a safe job because of the contamination but the authorities are expecting her to do it according to the articles I’ve read.

I just found your channel randomly and now I'm obsessed. I love how open you are about your mental health struggles because Mental Health is such a huge factor in everyone's life. Nobody goes through life like it's all rainbows and unicorns. A lot of people struggle in silence and are ashamed to seek help. I also have been in therapy for over 10 years. I have a lot of childhood trauma that I've had to work through and also domestic violence in my adult life. Some days are better than others. But at one point I did have a disaster in my apartment. I was a single mom struggling. Working a bazillion hours a day and making sure that my son was my number one priority. After I would get home from work and from going to my son's sporting events I was absolutely exhausted. I could not even take care of my house and it was disgusting. So I don't judge anyone in these videos. Life is hard as it is and we all fall at one point in our lives and it's just amazing that you can help people get a fresh start by cleaning their entire house for free. It really is giving everyone that you clean for a new beginning. I think you are just so amazing and you are helping people start fresh and you don't judge anyone . You truly have a beautiful heart and we can see that by what you do as far as giving someone a fresh start while also telling their story for all of us to understand how their situation came to be. Again I am just so incredibly impressed by what you do for so many people for free. You have a heart of gold and just by watching your videos I can tell that you have given hope to so many people that you don't even know you even helped. I am now binge-watching all of your videos LOL you truly are an angel that swoops in and changes people's lives. Do you have almost 4 million followers just here on UA-cam so you are really connecting to an enormous amount of people around the world. There is so much that is bad in the world but you show us that there is more good in the world and I thank you for this.

As someone who is also trans, I'm so glad to see such a positive environment from everyone in this community 🥹 too often I see so many people online treat trans people like they are subhuman, but of course Auri is such a wonderful person as is everyone that watches her videos ❤️ congrats to the resident for asking for help 🥰
I'm trans too and this is what my place looked like for a long time too till i figured things out. I quite literally have never been able to consistently do dishes and take out the trash till lifting a weight off my chest by transitioning. I don't think people believe us when we talk about how suicidal and depressed being in the closet or being forced to live as our old/wrong gender can be. This is what it looks like. And this isnt isolated. This is an experience that basically every trans person I've ever talked to has.

I’ve never struggled with keeping my place clean, my unhealthy coping mechanism is usually over exercise to be honest, but I can confirm that it’s incredibly difficult not to cope with gender dysphoria unhealthily. It makes me a shittier person to those I love. I can’t wait to transition.

If you listen closely to her story, Allison is a trans woman. Auri said 'his' at this moment to prepare the audience to the fact that Allison was born male and had to accept herself as a woman.
You should wear masks and protective clothing. Goodness knows what you are inhaling and carrying back home on your clothes and hair.

Ok so no judgement here, but I kinda have to say it. Since Alison has had suicidal thoughts, depression to the point of being unable to clean and also is (or was) dealing with gender questioning and possibly gender dysphoria, I dont think she can just "start over" and build a stable life that easily. I think she would really benefit from therapy, because there is a lot she has suffered and has to work through.
And I say it because I really want to be supportive, I just dont think starting over is gonna be possible with just a new house. The house was never really the issue, it was a symptom.
I think that big changes like this can be the catalyst to finally making changes, that includes actually seeking therapy. It’s kind of a hassle in germany to find a therapist in the first place, I’ve been in her place before as well. With a partner, a new place and new hope, I’m sure she can find the strength to get professional help now.

Just FYI, the correct way to refer to a transgender person is by their preferred pronouns and chosen name, even when referring to their pre-transition years, unless the person specifically asks you otherwise. :) This is important because it will make more transgender people feel safe asking for your help. So, the "should I say his... ?" isn't appropriate. This woman being transgender isn't a plot twist for our entertainment.

I first interpreted it as 'her story, or should I say history', but yeah I think you're right, not fun. At least she used 'she' later on though. Plus I think Finnish doesn't have two separate words for he and she, so she may not realize how strongly gendered pronouns are in English.
