It's made on Unreal 2 and has its own Editor on game's directory - UnrealED. Unfortunately there's no mods due to low popularity of this game, at least its modding is possible.

I remember the ancient village level. You had to fight some drunk guy towards the end, and you can hear him babbling drunkenly to himself, to which Tejon thinks: "what the hell..?" As a kid, I found that to be pretty funny. Some good memories.
Oh, and that mission with the renegade cannibal soldiers. Got some GUN vibes from those guys.

I liked Dead Mans Hand when it came out. I love western games. Call Of Juarez was great and I've been playing Fidtful Of Frags for years.
A lot of folks have recommended Call of Juarez, can't wait to try it out!

Nice review. brings back memories! I played this game on xbox in 2006 and it was good. Then i tried the pc version and it was better. It is also important to notice that this is not a full priced title, but it came out at 30 dollars. I bought this one brand new in Italy for 10 euros (in 2006 the first xbox was ending it's life span) and it was really worth the price!
I'm surprised this is a budget title, it has a considerably amount of polish (specifically in the audio department)!

You should really review Dead or Alive Xtreme Beach Volleyball! It got pretty good reviews and.. is a very weird game haha

Pretty rad! Per the credits it contains Attack El Robot! Attack!, Gypsy's Curse, Mid Town, Sprawl, and Frontera. Had I known it was licensed music I probably wouldn't have played clips... seems the copyright Gods are cool with it though. Thanks!
Just picked this game up for 6 dollars right after watching this thanks for the review was huge into red dead/ gun and sunset riders right up my alley!

It seems like a lot of your issues (saving, low res textures, choppy framerates, forgiving aim) could be saved by playing the PC version

Dead Man's Hand looks like a game I could play once, then forget about it. Don't get me wrong, it's not a bad game, but like you said, the game does have some basic flaws like the lack of checkpoints and the extremely muddy textures. The shooting is also as basic and by-the-numbers as you could imagine. But the game's complex elements like the Wild West setting and the trick-shot system does make it worth a look.
Not all games are perfect.. it is what it is..

Not sure if it qualifies as "Is RDR underrated" or "Is RDR still good" since it has 74 on Metacritic.
I didn't realize this game wasn't a 40 hour open world game. It's on my radar now, thanks :) I never know if a game is going to be a "Still Good" or "Underrated" until I finish it. Sometimes I have an idea, but then the game is different than I expected, or the reviews are different than I anticipated. Chuck Rock II and Soccer Kid for example, I wasn't expecting to go back through old reviews and see them both praised so much. I though they were both going to be "Underrated" episodes.
I fucking love this game as uts soooo nostalgic played the hell out of it and itll always be one of the best games ive ever playex

The Human Head Studios are now developing mobile games. Their last game was Lost Within, which is a pretty good game. If you like horror games, you should give it a try!

We've done a few events of it in the past in my Original Xbox online gaming discord, 'Xbox Kai Fam'. I'm never seen a single person play it outside of those. I think the last time we played was sometime in 2017.

Yep, just few days ago I've checked the multiplayer in person, it's dead, you can only play against the bots. Brokenhearted I've uninstalled the game. Single player was enjoyable, as always, but I've beaten the game like 100 times
You might be able to find some people on the discord to play with, but it's a pretty unpopular game, so I don't know.
