Great video.
He wasn, he had friends that were famous
@German In Venice : Thank you for the trip down memory lane . You know as we get older sometimes things get a little faded ... it saddens me to see how many we’ve lost . Life is going by just too fast . I grew up with all these TV stars too and miss those days ... tc 💯👍🏼
Really enjoyed this video and the pics ! Plus stories …
2:20 When you show the bench donated by many the fans of MM, 4 of the crypts in the background of this camera shot are my grandparents and other family members. Thank you for the walk down memory lane....
As always, Another great video from an amazing person!
Thank You so much for doing what You do!
Blessings!🙏
I use to work in a high rise right across from this cemetery. It was the McCulloch Oil building. I can remember watching the funeral for Natalie Wood. I use to walk around the cemetery during my lunch hour. One celebrity buried there that was not mentioned was the singer Minnie Riperton. She died at the age of 31 right when her career was really taking off.
Thank you for the tour my German friend! Fascinating! Be well!
Great job as always Mike.YOURE THE BEST!
Thanks my friend
Thankyou Mike..the graveyards so clean and Beautifull.❤❤❤❤
Westwood is my favourite part of LA .
love the way you describe that cemetery , as Frank Zappa , Rodney Dangerfield , Norma Jean Baker and that guy buried upside down above her. So funny 😁. I always get a laugh once a day watching 👀 your videos 📹 🤣.
Very interesting tour. You know a lot of information. Thanks Mike.
I am sorry for the Loss of your Friend May he R.I.P.
Thank you German in Venice. You have alot of knowledge bro. Really enjoy the content!
You got to meet so many celebrities in life! I was also lucky to meet Jack Lemmon in London by 1988-89, he was very nice, very nervous, he was in his 70s or even older but he didn't look so because he was dynamic, and he signed me an autograph and he put one of his knees up to put my notebook on his knee and be able to sign, standing only on one foot, at his age! I was mazed, and he was not an old grumpy man!
Marilyn been gone for 58 years ! - She was a Natural - She really was ? - She had a fabulous but sad life !
Good that Walter Matthau & Jack Lemmon are near by each other ! - Wonder if they are as mch fun where they are now ?
Thanks Mike for sharing your very interesting stories !
thank you for the great history .....
Mike, you have no idea how good you are. Thank you for sharing all this information. I learned so much.

I lived in LA for the last 40 years and didn't even know that cemetery existed.
Really but it's difficult to find. Rog. Pacific sunset records

Simpsons come out in 1989. In Australia we have a show called home and away that come in 1988 and is still running. That's one of the longest. And we also have a show called Neighbours that's been running since 1985. I watch your videos all the time I live in a small country town in south Australia. Keep coming👍
Great Video. Never knew this Cemetery existed. Thanks for showing!

So many great Hollywood Legends buried here. I took my mom there years ago to see Marilyn and yes I kissed her grave with lipstick. Thanks Mike
Hab mich bei vielen der hier gezeigten Promis schon gefragt, wo sie ihre letzte Ruhe gefunden haben. Das Video hat vieles beantwortet. Danke dafür.

wow, so sobering, no matter what happens in life, it all comes to an end
Scary
Duh
lol i never forget that i'm going to die someday..that's why i spend so much time living.
I don’t want to die😭
Confronted by this reality I choose to put faith in Christ. I didn't understand death or faith before. But death is inevitable and faith is a choice. Reading his word, the value of love, community and forgiveness...seems the best way.
Great videos Mike. I'm from Tennessee my whole life with only dreams of LA. You allow us all to see it! Thanks

Yeah, everybody dies even the rich and beautiful.
You do great things for us Californias. My wife and I appreciate you very much.
God be with you ... Death comes to us all. Don't take life for granted. Your knowledge is so profound it's scary in a good way ...
cool stuff
The poster was 1976...right as I was hitting the puberty stage. Timing is everything. Love you Mike, I'm a bigger fan of you over half of who you talked about. Those rich people could'nt give 2 S**ts about their fans.
Great video.
Great video... life is so strange/sad/real and sometimes good. Once dead ALL are soon forgotten and for the nobodies... very soon forgotten.
Funny your talking about Farrah Fawcet and showing that red suit photo. I bet EVERY male born between 1960 & 1965 whacked off to that!
Crazier was your mentioning Dorothy Stratton!!! I heard the name and was like how do I know that name???? Then you mention 1980 Playmate and I was holy shitolit!!! I was blushing! I bet double that EVERY male born, between 1960 & 1965, has whacked off the JUNE 1980 Playboy Magazine... at least 100 times!
You should do a video about Elizabeth Short. She is buried in Oakland Mountain View Cemetery. There are alway flowers at her grave anytime you go there.
I like your video all of them I Watch it in my iPad all the time specially the Michael Jackson ones I hope you do more videos like this
Me and my family love ur videos. We always go to the store and buy things and then when we came home we watch ur videon in the big screens and my dad always tell me stories on every pic u have. I love u and ur videos so so much! Greetings from Sweden.!

FYI: Frank Zappa's daughter was famous for "Valley Girl," though did her dad write it i wonder. Her name was Moon Zappa. btw, thanks for this super interesting video... i appreciated the pictures you showed of the people so i could be reminded of who they were! THANKS!!! Hugs!
Wow some big stars there Mike,,, R.I.P. some of the greatest actors and stars who are laid to rest there...Monroe , LEmmon , Lancaster , Coburn to name but a few . sad but interesteing , Servus and greetings from Bayern
Good dang video homie 👍👍👍
Dank je😊 fijne dag😊✌️
That was a great tour German !!!!
Good video bro..thx for sharing.
Could we come on this tour with you sometime?
Great video GIV. Very informative and well presented. It is always interesting when you show an historical photo. I read on wikipedia that the writers Capote and Carver are buried there. May be they are in the private section?
Great video German 🙏
Fine. From Germany 💙💙💙
The Ingleside cemetery has many famous stars and musicians and it’s of course free to visit. Ray Charles, and countless others have their remains there.
Don Knotts was buried there because the hospital he passed away in was just down the street and what was sad was not a lot of people came to his funeral from what I read.
Wow, this made me feel very old. Perhaps they went before us, to rehearse the greatest show we've ever seen.
Like always, very entertaining. Really like how you go in to details.
Dying sure is inevitable as for “living” ...it’s a privilege many don’t get these days...
Wish you live long and prosper and make more videos! 🖖
Ps
how bout you teach us some German words for fun!
Thanks for your comment wish you the same I always forget to put the German word of the day I am so focused on the video I am doing but hope I do it again in the next video👍danke/thanks
It’s crazy how you did this right before Kobe died and even posted that picture of a Kobe jersey 💜💛💜💛💜💛💜💛💜
Dominique Dunne is also there, she was Heather O'rourkes sister in the first Poltergeist film.
I was hanging out with a friend who lived a few blocks away from this cemetary back in 1985. I was about eleven and we had just gone to see the movie Police Academy 2 at the Avco (now the iPic) and after the film my friend says, "Hey, wanna see where Marilyn Monroe is buried?" I said, "What are you talking about, there's no cemetary around here! She's probably buried in Beverly Hills!" and he showed me, behind the parking lot, the cemetery I never knew was there! It's hidden! It was so weird. We saw the crypt. Such a strange day. Unforgettable.
Hefner paying for the spot next to Marilyn is the ultimate creep move.
Carl Wilson at 15:33 was also Dean Martin's son-in-law...married to Dean's youngest daughter Gina. So Dean & Carl are buried relatively close to each other. And Kirk Douglas is buried next to son Eric since your video was uploaded. Also Bob Crane from Hogan's Heroes & his wife Sigrid, who sometimes played Col. Klink's wife on the show, is buried with him.
Thanks this was interesting. And it's pretty cool to know that Hugh always had a bit of a crush on Marilyn Monroe from what I've read. I also read somewhere that he had each day a rose delivered to her grave.
He was creepy towards her
You're thinking of Joe DiMaggio, and Marylin was in the first ever issue of playboy
Very sad celebrity hollywood actors, actress and other famous. Who died young people and old people. It's very sad but RIP all in Westwood cementry.
Thanks German in Venice, this trip made me appreciate how old I got,
Hey man German in Venice friend

I have been on Florence Henderson's yacht too it was located at the end of Burton Chase Park.
Wow what an amazing video ! Could you next time visit Joan Crawford's grave ? Greetings from the Netherlands .
