I’m sure you don’t read these but I’m currently deployed and during the holidays it’s pretty rough.. but I’ve been saving money to get a new bow and gear for next year and look forward to everyone of your videos!! You truly make awesome content and I love the instructional videos you do! Because of you I want to start tuning and becoming even better of an archer!! Thank you for what you do!!
Thanks for your service 🫡 I actually just bought my first bow a few months ago (Bear Archery Legit) I love it. Practicing the rest of the year till I hunt at the end of the year. Going to document my setup and everything on here and TikTok look at some of my shorts on my page. Again thank you for your service!!! Safe travels
I like the way you put it. Just shooting what gets your heart pumping on a permission land, not worrying about having to manage a piece of land. Awesome series man.
You have had an amazing season and thank you for bringing me/us along for the ride. There have been some awesome encounters and you took the deer that had you fired up. That should be a lesson for a lot of people. Congratulations from a kid that grew up hunting Michigan whitetail and now has found a lot better deer elsewhere.
Congratulations Chris. U kept it suspenseful with this series. Gets people hooked. Great deer that anybody would be happy with. Your reaction after the shot is perfect, exactly how it should be. Loyal fan
You started my bow hunting career I’ve killed three just this year with my bow thank you for helping with begining tips I hope you have the best new year
Man, watching your videos since a couple of weeks now and after not shooting for 15 years..... I bought a used Mathews DXT, set up a shooting lane in the barn and joined an archery club again. I am loving it! Then I realised I´ve seen a couple of video´s from you like 5 years ago (shooting long distance in the field)! I love the way you film, what you shoot and just how friendly and humble you are! I´m a fan from Belgium and it´s because of you that I´m shooting again. Thank you, you´re an inspiration! Cheers Ben.
Thanks Chris, To watch you grind it out all season and has been awesome to watch. You inspired me to get back into bow hunting and I’ve learned so much from your videos. Congratulations man on a great Buck! Keep up the great work man!!
Persistence pays. I love hunting whitetails. Being 75, from Oregon limits the time and opportunity to draw. Congratulations on a really nice buck, and yeah you let some good ones walk.
this reminds me of a hunt i had with my late brother in the mountains in Charlotteville Virgnia in the snow up in the mountains...it started snowing and we barely made it off the mountain. it started snowing at lunch and snowed for 2 days. 28 inches...cars didn't go down interstate 64 for 3 days...great memories! great hunt and nice buck on your hunt here! and yes we dragged a buck out on our hunt. my brother shot it with a .270 Ruger m77
I really enjoyed you showing the process tho. You didn’t just upload this video. You uploaded several videos that show the reality of multiple sits, patience, and hard work that lead to this video! Well done!
Great vid buddy! I just started bow hunting. Don’t have a lot of equipment. Been trying to save to buy everything. Thanks for all the help and Happy holidays!

Dude awesome video series, all your videos are awesome and informative and I love them, one thing though, can you make a video explaining the boot behind you? lol
I was just wondering about the red head light, I just bought one and haven’t used it yet. I was wondering if the deer can see it at all or just faintly? Should I turn it off once im in the tree and set? Or is it okay on till first light? I often have deer around before light hits. Thank you in advance.

Good buck. I was thinking of all the reasons you were getting picked up on so easily. Only things I could think of were 1) the sun was behind you amplifying your movement; 2) I have had issues with brimmed hats at lower altitudes because of seeing the brim move as compared to zero silhouette from a beanie. Seems to line up with the buck you shot coming in from behind you instead of facing you. Nice work either way. As a bowhunter, I overthink everything.
That’s real persistence and determination mate, top effort and a great buck as the reward. I hunt the mighty Sambar down under and you’ve motivated me to use a tree stand to arrow a stag.
Congratulations on a stud buck!l wish I could have experienced that with my dad. Don’t take that time for granted it doesn’t last as long as we’d like!🏹🦌🇺🇸
Great buck! Awesome perseverance this season waiting on the deer (you) wanted. It’s nice to see the Hunter you have evolved into. What a great season and awesome deer! The 2024 season is going to be great for you my friend🤘🏻

How far up in the tree do you usually hang your stands? Maybe it’s just the camera view but you look to be 20’ or more!! Awesome buck, glad you shared the video and the story even though you didn’t get it all on film. Monster!! Congrats!!
Congratulations on an awesome Buck you really worked hard for that one I have a question I was hoping you can help me with if I bought a UV side mount would it work if I ran it in my bridge lock because I can't find any Bridge Lock Mount available right now and I really want one thank you for everything you do to help us archers
Awesome video Chris! I like how you grind it out. And don't give up. Congrats on a great buck. I now how you feel about hunting every morning and evening. I did that this season for 15 days straight. It's a grind. Looking forward to your next video.
