That is how it should be, whether Muslim or any others who come to our country or are born here. If you want to live by the laws, ideals etc of your country of origin, then go back there and live that way. When you choose to live in the UK, then you should respect the law of the land and everything else that comes with it. I went to college in Leicester. A black face was VERY rare. My best friend was black He took me to his club for Sunday lunch. I was upset I remember because my drink was poured out from the overflow container when filling a pint of lager. Looking back it was clearly racist but at the time I said nothing. We went to see Canned Heat at the top rank. I went back ten years ago it was heartbreaking. Leicester is dominated by men who rule & dominate their wives. Respect is not a word they understand. I expect my feelings are considered racist but why?. It is my honest experience. The city changed almost overnight. We have become afraid to say what we feel I am voting REFORM.

My local Muslim barbers have refused to cut the hair of illegal immigrants living in the local hotel. They are annoyed about the fact they came legally and have had family members rejected. They don't want to be associated with them as they believe its bad for business. Good on them I say.

Im a muslim too. I struggle to bring myself to vote for reform just because of the hate we get and clearly reforms followers have against us. Read almost every other comment. Im too a millionaire and i too think reform on the whole has the right idea. In my househould i represent 29 votes altogether. Whomever i say to vote for the rest will because they think it dont really matter, all politicians are the same. If the hate wasnt apart of it I'd definitely vote reform. Cant vote cons because they a con, cant vote labour because they full of 5hit, SDP is looking favourable but so small a party it wont make a difference.
Reform remind me of NF/EDL/BMP and i remember those days of P bashing of the 80s. I fear they will be back before long qnd this time there is enough brown skins to fight back. I went to college in Leicester. A black face was VERY rare. My best friend was black He took me to his club for Sunday lunch. I was upset I remember because my drink was poured out from the overflow container when filling a pint of lager. Looking back it was clearly racist but at the time I said nothing. We went to see Canned Heat at the top rank. I went back ten years ago it was heartbreaking. Leicester is dominated by men who rule & dominate their wives. Respect is not a word they understand. I expect my feelings are considered racist but why?. It is my honest experience. The city changed almost overnight. We have become afraid to say what we feel I am voting REFORM.

I am genuinely curious as to your criteria for being "English" or "Scottish" etc. For example I was born in Ceylon to parents who identified (!) as Scottish. I was granted UK citizenship on that basis. I live in England. My genes are solidly NE Scotland. Yet I feel British, not Scottish and love all parts and peoples of the UK. My wife's father came from Hull, her mother from NE Scotland. How would you describe her ethnicity?

We are a people, a nation, those words mean something, they have depth. But yes, we are from brother nations and we are both British 🏴🏴
I don’t think it matters what you “identify” as, this is very American/new-world way of thinking, you are what you are. If your parents are Scottish by blood then you are Scottish, if your wife is English, then your children will be half English and half Scottish and there’s nothing wrong with that, it’s important to remember your roots and to honour them, you should teach your kids of their Scottish heritage too.
