I'm not sure, good question and great eye! But google says the building is Luftschloss Culture Castle, a historic private home for the the arts, music and culture. The group the Black Eyed Peas where discovered in the house.
@@Omwvlog Of course, I asked about October, because I thought that it was during the Halloween celebration, since first there was a large statue of a cartoon monster near one house and then a girl was walking her dog in a witch costume...🤔🤷🏻♂️

They appear to be so but there really aren't any unpatched potholes. When you're driving on these streets you're not really so hyper-focused as the camera is on every crack. In the older tracts, these streets were laid out in the mid 1920's. Thus, that makes them approximately 100 years old.
