Tom and Beverly Voiss owned Saddle Creek Ranch in Calabasas mountains before all these houses were there
Drove through there the other day and sometimes for work and have Been curious why tf it’s like that. As soon as I saw the schools and community thing etc I was like oh yeaaa this where the elite kids all go so they can grouped up and know eachother and not regular ppl 😂 it’s all a community
Very beautiful to look at, however, I would not want to live in any of those houses. I enjoy my plain ordinary life. When you think about the responsibility of the upkeep. You have to pay housekeepers, cooks, pool cleaners, lawn care, etc to keep it looking good. Then hire staff to make sure everything is running well. Seems like a headache to me.
Not when you have a good manager lol.
But you have to remember. Money doesn’t matter to these ppl. They can easily spend all that money for the upkeep lol
High end stores in the commons...erm you can do a lot lot better than Ralphs when it comes to high end super stores in Los Angeles. Plus Calabasas is no biggie in the wider scheme of things. realistically speaking most of LA is beautiful. There a gorgeous home all over this place and you don't have to be a celebrity to own one. Ill be buying one soon with no soul down payment.😇😁
The fact they live lifestyle of constant travel it’s a shame they don’t get much time to spend and call it home
