Nice to meet you Aileen! Google searched tennis ball self massage and ended up here. I'm really surprised that self massage isn't more prevalent, not only just among active people but for everybody!! Not many people I've talked to at the gym on campus seem to share my passion for acupressure and myofascial release. I've been tennis balling since before I bought a foam roller lol.. I always listened to my instincts!
Thank you for your comment. I was actually one of the first presenters on myo in 2003! Could not be working in the fit biz for this long without it! Enjoy!!!
Sit in chair. You'll feel you're working your thighs a little because of the downward pressure needed. I use tennis balls for massage in my seated yoga classes.
Most of the people who watch my videos are students who are very familiar with the techniques. They are just usually for demonstration purposes, and you should absolutely go back and revisit areas slower if you need to. Thank you so much for watching, and for future other videos that may be slower keep watching.

This is so great, thank you. What if behind my knees is super painful. What could that indicate and what would you recommend?
Nice & effective. Please show movements without wearing socks for clarity of movements
What if you can’t stand on one foot like that?

Great movements but it was so fast. I had to pause the video to get more than 3 or 5 seconds of myofascial massage.
