Hy, I can do it very easily since my childhood even touch my chest to leg and even can do in seated position too but don't know the meaning of engaging core as I have just started to watch your video .your explanation or good.pls explain the meaning of engaging core.
Engaging your core means contracting your trunk muscles to provide support for your spine and pelvis in static positions and during dynamic movements.
These muscles are used for balance, lifting, pushing, pulling, and general movement.

Guru g, I can not touch my nose to my knees. I can touch my fingers flat on ground. But not more then 20/30 secounds. Kindly guide me what should I do?
With practice your body will become flexible day by day you should increase your holding time .
