If they ever did interact, I’d imagine Kisame asking why he opted to join the ANBU instead of the 7NS sooner. Zabuza says getting field experience was more important and that discreet missions are great for practicing the 7NS Silent Killing, which he became best known for. Kisame admires his preparedness and anticipates which sword he’ll chose. After Zabuza chooses his sword, I can imagine Kisame saying 1 of 3 things A. “Kinda flashy for an ANBU, don’t ya think?” in a cynical tone due to his own experience with sensitive missions and killing his master B. “You sure that one isn’t too big for you?” playfully as a friendly jab at Zabuza being eligible for membership since adolescence C. “That one’s a perfect fit for you. It can even use its victim’s blood to regenerate” in an proud tone, expecting great things from Zabuza

The Executioner Blade that Zabuza and Suitetsu used is certainly heavier than Black Blade Yoru. Even discounting the difference between Iron (which we know is the main component of the Executioner Blade due to its ability to reforge itself with iron from blood) and Steel (what we can assume Yoru is forged out of), the Executioner Blade is far more massive, just by the blade alone. The majority of the weight in Yoru, on the other hand, is towards the hilt. What makes Yoru a more powerful weapon overall would be due to the higher quality of craftsmanship, on top of the fact that Mihawk would certainly use it with Haki.
