In this campaign, I'll be playing as Dimitri the Lover and SIMPing to the one TRUE Queen - Rhagaea. The goal is to complete a world conquest as a vassal of Rhagaea and ensure she owns everything by the end. Here are the rules for the campaign:
- At clan tier 2, I must join the Southern Empire
- Starting a kingdom is not allowed
- If Rhagaea dies and I'm elected, I must abdicate immediately
- I cannot force peace deals at any point. The AI must start the peace vote first
- Personal combat is not allowed
- I must use mercenary units until I become a landed noble
- Recruited units must be from own/allied fiefs
- No smithing for profit, no cheese, no exploits, no mods (other than QoL)
- I must give Rhagaea foot massages daily
Mod list:
- RTS Camera (for speeding up combat)
- Better Time (speed up campaign map)
- Sell all but stop at zero (Easier Offloading Loot)
- Equip Best Item (I forgot to disable this one lol) - Ігри

Is it only me or is the background music the same as for the sons of the forest for the last few vids?
It might be similar - I got this track a few years back from a copywrite free channel.
When I do the ambush, after I destroy the siege equipement I do not click the retreat button, Instead I manually go back through the gates, call all my men back through the gates and wait there, and every time it goes into a siege battle afterwards.

Strat when you auto resolve a seige defence it is so op that you can defeat a 4 to 1 and maybe a 5 to 1
Only if the walls are intact and you have siege engines. Otherwise it's still op but not that much
It used to be OP after a few updates they've really knocked down the auto resolve for defence

Everything is running at max settings with 1000 unit max and 1440p
I don't know if this campaign is completed already IRL, but have you considered joining a tournament, then leaving it immediately to let your companions take a shot at winning? I don't think that would be against your rules right?
That's a good point! I think you can also "watch" and there's a chance they will spawn in to compete
@@StratPlays yes. And if you watch they can get skill ups. Some events are painful though. I use them to AFK sometimes. Or companion clearing bandit hideout.
I have the feeling, no proof of course, that the faction you are joining starts to act stupid as soon as you are in, leaving all the burden to the player. Also, the AI factions get all leftover lords from destroyed factions and can always muster the largest armies ever seen.
Yeah I think you're right. I've noticed the enemy AI gets a lot more aggressive too.

I love this game so much. It's unfortunate that the update and diplomacy part is so lacking. It could have been the best game of all time.
There's a diplomacy mod that's pretty decent, adds war exhaustion mechanics and various little tweaks (e.g. Rulers that are friends or whose kids are married to each other don't wage war). It's not perfect but it certainly improved my experience
Man I hate lets plays, they're all such garba.....I guess they aren't all so bad.
Lol I don't usually watch them myself, but I have a lot of people that do enjoy these so I still post :) I need the recordings for guides and other videos, so it works out for everyone :D
