- Here is a new test i recorded with 3 Neumann TLM microphones, the best seller TLM 103 vs the smallest and more affordable TLM 102 vs the big brother TLM67.
The 3 transformerless condenser mics where fed directly to a MOTU 8pre es - no filters no eq and the VOICE OVER was recorded with all mics at the same time. I only normalized so they are in the same level -3dB (the hotest was the 103).

I guessed all 3 of them correct after a 2nd listen. Man that TLM67 sounds nice! I disliked the high end of the TLM102 and i'm glad I spent the extra cash to get the TLM103. I have no regrets owning one. Great vid man!

well is very clear the no.2 is TLM103 with the Terrible Sibilance, i like the first one, i think im going to purchase Austrian Audio OC18 or OC818 that one is going to detrone TLM103
103 has a wonderful bottom but yes sibilance is a problem in many voices. I mostly use the 67 for my VOs
εγώ ψήφισα τυφλά 3-1-2. Στο 103 μ ενόχλησαν λίγο τα ψηλά-μεσαια που εκεί νομίζω το 102 ήταν πιο σωστό αν και τα θεωρώ όντως παρά πολύ κοντά ιδίως με τα ακουστικά. Όντως το 67 ξεχωρίζει.
Ναι είναι πολύ πιο γεμάτο στη μέση το 67. Το 102 σου εντυπωσιακό πάντως κι αυτό, πολύ crispy και μαζί με το 103 νομίζω είναι γενικά πιο "ραδιοφωνικά" και ποπ.
Σκέφτηκα ότι το 2 είναι το TLM67 μέχρι που άκουσα το 3 και μπήκαν όλα στη σειρά. Εξακολουθεί το 103 να είναι το αγαπημένο. Και ορθώς το έβαλες στη μέση γιατί εκεί είναι η θέση του.
Είναι αρκετά κοντά τα μικρά νομίζω ωστόσο (αν και νιώθω το 103 πιο μαλακό), με το 67 να είναι σαφώς πιο γεμάτο στη μέση. Και βέβαια με το airboost από το GAP pre73 premier, είναι το δικό μου αγαπημένο. Τα άλλα δύο μου σφυρίζουν πολύ στα σίγμα μου.
@@AntonisVlavo Στο 103 δεν σφυρίζει το σίγμα σου, είναι υπερβολή. Είναι στο ακριβώς. Στο 102 το σίγμα φεύγει στο "έχει Στο ενεργητικό του". Αλλιώς κι αυτό είναι υπέροχο για τη φωνή σου γιατί έχεις το μπάσο που λείπει από το μικρόφωνο. Σε μια πιο flat φωνή θα ακουγόταν σαν τενεκεδάκι.
