    Hi anupma ji mai 75 hard challenge kr rhi thi bt 15 din k bad s ruk gya ab phir s khane peene lgi hu kya kru bda bura feel hota h ab soch h kl 1 tarikh se phir se restart krungi pls suggest me kya period m bhi aap dono time exercise krti thi. Period k bad s hi mera mera routine thodha gad bad ho gya😢😢😢
