They all so found small traces of !080 in NP water too but it was to small of amount to corse any heath problems ..so they say . One thing i have noticed is that the MT has a lot of new slips up there i live very close to the MT and i can see more and more slips on there , whether the 1080 is killing the trees who knows but there is a lot more slips .
And then It all flows to the sea. River mouths and beaches in Taranaki have been filled with dead fish and other wild life in the past after the poison drops! Regional council were not interested.
Yip up near there many times and at Christmas (against my gut feeling we were in iminent anger). Husband died New Years Eve SCA. grandson started back at school with Shingles, daughter now has Me, many people near there with cancer. Ceo of Carefirst loves it on her land there.
Possums and rats, but it kills everything that consumes a lethal dose, and there's no antidote. The carcasses are left to rot in the forest and waterways and then poison other wildlife that scavenge them.
