Yes implementation of law is different for people with partisan ways then again those people only get benefited. Creating confusion in whole constitution is disaster like demonetization with no big advantages. To use proof of visual aids comes naturally into law for that no need create confusion in whole constitution instead of step by step update of constitution with discussions, anyhow no law is flawless as long as loophole finders in law
Any law reform suggestions may initially appear to be appropriate but in reality, they require a lot of discussion by the experts (lawyers, judges etc) in various fields including input by the public as to whether the intended outcome will be good or bad and achieve the aim and its impact on the parties concerned. Are there other and better ways and means to resolve the problem need to be examined also.
The question of opposition bringing it up in parliament and opposing it wasnt answered . If they claim they are for the rights of the people, they should. What about issues where personal vendetta plays out either at the police level or police as intermediary. How are they going to make sure that does not happen ?

In some communities, communal groups, conversions, polygamy, etc., boys / men are permitted ( formally / informally) to beat females for various reasons / issues ( though it’s inhuman, illegal , punishable / prohibited by law, etc.). All over the universe gender superiority ( though formally / legally prohibited) has been one of the major parameters leading to formal / informal criminal conspiracies / interference in exercise of fundamental rights, personal rights by girls / women. These news laws may addresses most of such criminal conspiracies / interferences in day to day life of gird / women.

How could it be termed as the new laws, when 90+% of the previous sections are retained as it is but in different sequences, with ofcourse some add ons & deletions !? At best it could be teamed as the "Old wine in the new bottles with new labels and with some addition & subtraction" and that is that. Needless to say, with HINDIKARAN of the names of the Acts, which was again useless & worthless act, which are at best be termed as "new labels". This is the actual fact about the so-called new criminal laws by Modi Sarkar 2.0, implemented by NDA 3.0 led by the same FAILED Prime Minister. These people, the incumbent lots in power today, have actually put a spoke into the Running Wheel of the Criminal Justice Delivery System without application of their minds, especially the socio-legal minds. This is definitely not the way of implementing Rule of Law in the country. What all they have done or not done to get these laws implemented are secondary aspect, but their propagated primary objective was to provide something better than the before. But, the FAILED Prime Minister Narendra Modi & his equally FAILED Modi Sarkar has FAILED herein as well in providing the better than before laws to this country. They haven't changed the Criminal Laws of the Indian State with a mindset, ability & capability of providing better laws than before, but have done it with the mindset, as if they are changing the tube lights, bulbs & the sanitary wares of their sarkari houses, at the cost of the People/Citizens of India, and that too in a most reckless manner‼
