I bought one on Amazon and right out of the box it won’t print. When I turn it on, it just beeps at me and the app says it is overheating and to turn the power off. I called the anchormake tech support number and spoke to their answering service. Supposedly they are going to have a “technical engineer” contact me. I am so excited to try to print some of this stuff. It is very frustrating to spend $400.00 and find the printer doesn’t even come with filament. So then when you get filament, you find out the think won’t even turn on. It has only been a week, I am sure they will get back to me soon or it is going to be sent back.

Where did you go and find the different files to print? Ordering the Ankermake M5C. So I'm brand new to 3D printing.

If you speed it up to its max speed the quality will decrease but not enough to hurt your project!
