I know some people have problems with ultra forms being added before a bunch of other important stuff, but tbh if this is the kind of performance we'll be seeing from future ultra units, I'm all for it.
I bought Catseyes at the User Rank up for so long just SALIVATING over this unit. Relic enemies were kicking my butt because I didn't have any major specialists for them (until I got Uril). But now I just plop this beautiful bastard down and presto! The damage is reduced AND they get pulverized by heavy hitting blasts! And seeing you beat Luza with only that guy and some meatshields is VERY encouraging as I approach the end of UL.
Do keep in mind though that this was all done with optimal cat combos as well as a max base foundation to reduce enemy damage even further. While he will certainly be a huge help for Luza along with the UL true forms, you likely won't get this good of a performance out of him. Without any external buffs, he has 2.4 mil hp to relics, which is still a lot, but it's a far cry from the 6.1 mil hp he had in the video. In any case, good luck.
@darryllmaybe3881 I wish I had seen those wise words 4 days ago lol. But regardless, he was decently helpful in beating up Luza, though I absolutely couldn't do it without Awakened Doron, Naala, and Doguemon. Still by far one of my favorite units for taking care of...most of the pesky Relics.
This is a great example of the cats also having ridiculously overpower units. AND we actually have a good strategy then some levels just using stupidly powerful enemies(Like Behemoth culing stages).
The ld range and 100% weaken chance with 100% uptime goes crazy. His range doesn’t matter looking at his lumina ass health against 2 traits. Imagine using this thing with shifting or cone
Gigapult basically doesnt even have a blindspot, since there are incredibly few enemies that have less than 100 range (except zombies burrowing in), and so he basically just has 400 range with omni piercing to 700!!!! Range!! Which is very busted with the guaranteed weaken.

There's no enemies with below 100 range, they only way they can get inside is speed clipping (zollow, who has 100 range can do this). And burrowing zombies

The formula you gave then was 1/(Resist Combo*Resist ability) and the values you gave were 1/(0.6*0.2). So I assumed Resist combo percentages were calculated as 1 - %, so 2 M would be 1 - 0.2 - 0.2 = 0.6 which you then multiply with 0.2.

Basically all the multipliers for hp in tbc is in a decimal value between 0-1. If the wiki says base foundation gives 15% more hp, it actually means enemies do 85% damage. However, most people prefer to calculate effective unit hp instead of enemy dmg, so they convert it by dividing the multiplier by one, and then multiplying it with the unit's base hp. You can have multiple multipliers which sometimes confuses people. I can assure you I did the same calculation for crystal gau gau here. The only difference is a talent orb and different combos.

I think you kinda misinterrept how DEF/Resistant Up Cat combo works. It doesn't reduce enemy DMG, but rather raises the unit final HP. There is big difference between (1 / 0.9) and (1 * 1.1) To spread it out one by one: - Base HP with full HP Up = 307,200 - Resistant effect with full treasure = 307,200 * 5 = 1,536,000 - Resistant Up Large = 1,536,000 * 1.3 = 1,996,800 - Defense Up Small = 1,996,800 * 1.1 = 2,196,480 - Weaken Effect = 2,196,480 / 0.5 = 4,392,960 - Resistant Orb Grade S = 4,392,960 / 0.75 = 5,857,280 - Foundation Lv 20 = 5,857,280 / 0.85 = 6,890,917.647058824 = 6,890,917 (game actually rounds down decimal) The final number is slightly lower than your calculation. But 6.9 million is still dummy thicc

Somewhat far from 8m, but the difference is in how the orbs, the foundation, and the combos interact. With resistance combo M+M (+40% effect, or effect *1.4), te total hp would be 6,746,353, a bit less.
