Balrog is lvl 60+22. I believe I am the first player to ever do this. This is the result of over 400 total attempts. Balrog is a top 3 lategame uber in my opinion (higher than Mitama), and this demonstrates that pretty well. Btw the Kappy Jr. revenge stage restriction does not affect Balrog, so it's the same as the usual.

Notes:
Flow Like the Stream - 100+ attempts
This is the harder Kappy Jr stage of the 2. The biggest problem is Scissoroo, who has nearly no foreswing, stupid dps, and an annoying kb debuff. You need perfect thunderbolt timing, and real-time recognition to pull this off, otherwise you'll lose within 30 seconds of the boss appearing. Even if you kill the boss and scissoroos, 80% of the time you will still lose to thrillerz due to low base health.
Water Conservancy - 50+ attempts
Although easier, this stage is still no joke. You must kill Kappy Jr. while owlbrow is constantly attacking you. If the two reach the base, you're done for. Beware of the relic dodge rush at the end as well (I lost to that twice).
Ghost King I - 120+ attempts
For a deadly stage, this is ridiculously difficult, and is in fact the second hardest Kappy Kawano stage. This stage is peon heavy, so you must resort to using iron wall tech to make Kawano miss twice, buying the two Balrogs time to clear the peons. Once the Balrogs reach the boss, make sure one is strengthened, and use sniper to buy slightly more time, and you might just complete the chain, this is very rng heavy. In my case, Kawano had basically no hp left.
Ghost King II - 3 attempts
This is the only easy stage. Just be careful to not get overrun by the anti-cheese, and you're good.
Ghost King III - 20+ attempts
At first this seems impossible due to Red EnerG stun-locking Balrog, however only one appears on timer, so you can clear him using thunderbolt/curse cannon. Everything else is self explanatory.
Ghost King Finale - 150+ attempts
Killing Kawano is not the difficult part, the actual problem is that after killing Kawano, Kappy Jr. reaches you when you have no space. This almost always results in a loss. To get over this, you have to do super precise Balrog stacking to kill Kawano in one cycle. This gives space for Kappy Jr. To stack Balrog, you need to make use of Golem Sunfish's freeze, which lets Kawano direct his atk on the other unstrengthened Balrog. After that, you can pulverise Kawano.
