  • Here is a little exercise that strengthens most of the core. Start by not going down too low, and when you get strong enough you can take the legs back up the same way they go down. BE CAREFULL, this should be a slow progression and you should not feel any back sensitivity at all. The goal is to keep the intercostals and ribs super closed to develop deep muscular strength. Enjoy!
