I made a small chip board book for a toddler and did one page upside down 2 times!!! I had to rip off the little pocket I made and make another. Just clipping along. Also I drew a girl on a piece of paper then painted it. and glued her upside down in my journal. Now I look and see the book orientation. You learn from your mistakes and triumphs. Oh Wow this works for me...I now have at least 15 different types of glues and different kids of tape. Although sometimes you use 2 or 3 different ones on one project. I'm learning how to make stuff stick and be good for years to come. Just say I was given jennibellie from Natasha at Treasure Books. Thank you for the time on your YT Channel. I'm doing lifebook 2020 with Willowing so I will do your class next.

I love watching you create something for the first time! It gives me confidence that I can replicate and recycle things that I would normally throw away. I knew there were benefits of being a packrat! LOL

jenni, I really appreciate your video tutorials. for one so young (compared to me,)-you are quite gifted in your instruction, confidence in presenting your ideas. I used to work where I could recycle e lot of cardboard, etc, and I also used to look at things with an eye toward "what shall I use this for?" . you've inspired me a new to recycle for my art. keep up the wonderful work.

that's such a cool idea- using the accordion for a loose leaf journal :)
it was fun watching you figure out what to make of it. I always have trouble when people ask me how I made something.. because the answer is usually just "well i improvised.." lol

Watching this video, you have caused me to do something I used to do years ago, but had stopped doing. I am once again looking at anything and everything, ie: like all cardboard and recyclables, and thinking, "what can I do/make with this?" Watching your process, especially in this video, has activated this again in me. Thanks =) I kinda missed it. Love your creativity.

I've watched all your videos - I'm pretty sure - did you ever think of making - or did I miss it - a day planner with calender etc? I think it would be wonderful if you made it in the Jennibellie style and would love to see it. I know you don't do requests but...lol.

Rather than peeling off the cover...couldnt you have gesso'd over it? Im just curious because I have a shiny notebook like that and was thinking of doing that and wanted to know ahead of time if there was a reason you didnt do that. :)

well.... it seems like a whole lot of work for a portfolio journal. Im not sure it works for me... I have a billion of journals or craft boxes that i have filled(ish) with my work. Its more fun for me to deco a box and fill it... and then spread it all out to see what i have collected or worked on in the past. just saying.. ;) to each her own. :))
