  • A deeper delve into my favourite ever art journal.
Warning though; it is quite a long, and quite a personal video. I share some actual aspects of my life that are happening within my journal pages, so if you don't want that and just want to see the pages then please click on this quick flip of the journal here: • Quick Art Journal Flip
If you do stay may be grab a cuppa, I'll grab a cuppa this end and we can just pretend you're getting to know me better at a coffee shop yeah? We can just ignore the fact that it's just me doing all the talking lol ;)
I hope you enjoy...and also that it may help a few people realise that it's okay to actually put your life into your art journal, it does not need to be just about the 'art'.

Thank u for being so real & talking about the bad times bc everyone has them & it makes me feel not so different or isolated. It's a relief to stop pretending I have it all together & everything's great.

thank you Miss J for sharing this beautiful journal. you're quite brave to be so open with your personal beliefs, thoughts, etc., and I admire that. so much of yourself is in those pages, and your self-confidence and its growth is evident through your artwork.

"Sometimes you have to allow it headspace so it will stop having headspace." One of those insights that doesn't make any sense at all but is absolutely true. Thank you for your fine work.

This is what I want my journal to be, something that helps me get out what I'm feeling and going through. I haven't achieved it yet, I've just started slowly but I know I will get there soon. I'm sort of aimlessly wandering about right now but I'm sure I'll find my particular road soon. This is why I love your vids so much... they inspire me! Thanks for sharing your journals with us.

Hi Jenniebellie. I have been a subbie of yours for 4 years. You were so ahead of your time, seriously...You started this whole thing of junk journaling, inspiring us to make our own journals out of cereal boxes and greeting cards. There are a lot of people doing these same videos, but none are as sweet, quirky, smart and super talented! I love have always loved your style. So I'm going to binge watch your videos again. Blessings to you and sweet pea =^..^=

Thank you for the journal flip, I enjoyed it. It's always a little personal and when you're sharing parts of your self. It's hard to even write them down at times, much less share them with the 100's of people that surf UA-cam. You're a treasure Jenny, don't ever forget that. People that give of their self's to help encourage others to realize their dreams are worth their weight in gold.

This is incredible! I was so sad when you came to the last page. I will have to watch this several more times.

Thank you for sharing such personal "stuff". I absolutely love your patchwork dog, sweet and colorful. I am going back, and viewing videos from your past for insight into the journaling process. It is wonderful that you are so willing to share this aspect, and not just your artsy fartsy stuff. I love it ALL, but I am working on "going with the flow"...and learning what that is.

Girl, you are amazing and I could listen to you talk all day. Once I get some extra money, I'm going to buy a lot of goodies from your etsy shop. I can't wait, I'm so excited to see your work in person and use them in my own junk journals. You're my absolute favorite artist :)

I sat glued to the screen for the whole thing. Thank you for sharing with us one of your most treasured items. It was very insightful. And yes, I am one of those nosey parkers who enjoyed seeing your journal storage trunks. I am going through a bit of a block at the moment so it is lovely to see someone else's glorious work and know that there is light at the end of a dark tunnel. Love your work. xx

Thank you for sharing your absolutely beautiful book, Jennibellie! It is so varied and so colourful, and I am not surprised you really love it. I wish I could reach into the screen and feel all the textures! It's all so chunky and tactile and I love the sounds it makes too!
