When talking about the Empire in Star Wars, you think of the Star Destroyer. But did you consider the smaller, equally deathly threats?
Welcome to the Aesthetics of the Vindicator Class Heavy Cruiser.
I’d also like to add this fact. The Vindicator’s hull was also used to help create multiple other ship classes such as the Immobolizer 418 and the Enforcer Class Picket Cruiser. In my opinion the Vindicator if it was deployed more efficiently and in more battles it could have actually won the Galactic Civil War for the Empire.

Before starting work on a new video/ship, I check UA-cam for existing videos and I was seriously surprised to barely find any for the Vindicator. So I absolutely had to do my part! It's such a nice ship and deserves more recognition

The Enforcer class from the Pentastar Alignment is its ultimate form.
The Enforecer is a Vindicator reworked to a more generalist role. With extra efficiency tricks discovered when they were trying to turn Immobilizers back into Vindicators. I kinda love that about it.
@@DIEGhostfish As I understood it the additional energy generators which powered the imobilizers gravity well generators could be used to enhance the power of weapons and shields.
I actually love the Enforcer a lot and the Pentastar Alignment if they ever needed to fight an enemy could rely greatly on those Picket Cruisers.
My favorite detail of the Vindicator is the forward lasers that actually turn and fire rapidly. One of my favorite ships so far. :)
The Galactic Empire should have been cranking these out by the millions instead of using those resources for Death Stars/
Well the Tarkin Doctrine and Project Stardust basically went the very dumb route of bigger ships mean better. Instead of flexible ships are better. If it was me I would keep the Star Destroyers but mass produce things like the Vindicator to act as the main heavy duty support ship for Star Destroyers.
Edit: I also forgot to add that the Tarkin Doctrines rule through fear policy could have also worked just as well with Vindicators.
Elite Squadron on PSP made me fall in love with this ship. May not be as magnificent as the Venator but it is neat.

hey bro, the voice is amazing and the visuals are amazing. I recommend putting some 2d elements in it too. Like words coming on the screen to explain something or a blueprint of the ship being discussed. I think it will be even more visually appealing

IMO Vindicator Class > Victory Class. It's the perfect escort cruiser for ISDs as well as a good backbone for smaller fleets and planetary defense for major worlds. And it just looks better than the Victory.
Good summary. I don't recall see the version with batteries along the ventral spine.

Thank you so much! And yes, those captures are taken from the Empire at War Remake mod. It might be different from versions portrayed otherwise, it's always kind of hard to tell with those 'kind' of ships actually. It's often shown in different ways.
Makes sense there should be a heavy cruiser.

Put some sfx too when the certain things are being marked or named by an arrow
Use ship idea for destroyer ship types
