Haha 😅 In Rwanda and Burundi we usually don’t talk loudly. In general. It’s in our culture, I think. When we speak loudly, it’s seen as if we’re shouting and it’s rude.
I had similar issue when I moved to Europe, I was talking with low frequency 😂. Coco is right, I can barely hear those girls.

An essential ingredient of being peaceful is that people don’t shout when speaking. But Coco Boy doesn’t seem to realize this yet, and thinks it’s ‘a defect’ to be eliminated. This has been highlighted in several of his videos where speaking quietly is seen as some kind of big enemy to de destroyed. But that’s like targeting a foundation stone in an edifice.

They’re trying their best to communicate in English and also they are not familiar with your accent.

There's local food, but you have to go to restaurants not in the markets. In Rwanda, it is not allowed to sell cooked food in the marketplace because cause it is not sanitary. It is against the law.
