Common sense will tell you that you ask the waitress to speak to the manager to voice your concerns. She is not the one to solve problems of the establishment ( if you know what I mean by that).

Hey Brother car-free day is not for air pollution purposes it’s for health purpose ! Car-free day is sports day in Kigali. Every resident in Kigali with local carrier number receives a message day before with detailed information about open and closed Routes due to car-free day. It Starts from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.

Good advice on nutrition coco boy. I also notice congrats mum and davy jnr drink one glass of water before they eat in the morning that I saw on a breakfast video. I tried that and it does make a difference. I feel great doing that. Keep up the videos and the nutrition advice. Everyone wants to feel good.

Hello CoCo Boy, I would like to share with you a little about organic growing :) You stated you didn't know why organic food was much more expensive since they do not use the costly chemicals... As a small farmer in the States I grow organic vegetables without the use of chemicals and would like to point out a few reasons as to why organic vegetables may cost you more at the store. Firstly, without the use of chemicals a farmer (grower) has to take many other steps to ensure whatever it is they are growing survives for instance what is done when plants are hit with a bug infestation or disease the farmer could choose to use a spray or a powder that is nontoxic and is allowed to be used which are certified by governing organizations that authorize there uses. Using these powers and sprays usually come at a higher cost to the farmer and they are not as effective and you have a much higher loss of plants which is lost time, money and labor.
There are other methods organic growers use to combat bugs and disease which all is done by hand which can take many many more hours of time and labor with that being said the farmer usually cannot grow as many plants (crops) do to the time and labor it takes to care for them to bring them to market... I only touched this topic slightly, I hope it sheds some light on why buying organic produce may come at a higher price ... I like to say I enjoy watching your channel and its content keep pumping out the videos :)

I would've asked for the manager of the restaurant and expres any menu concerns with him/her not only with the waitress. I didn't see many customers around and assumed that the workers receive little pay for their services in that country far less any power to negotiate payments with customers. Glad some effort was made to rectify your not getting raisins in your granola.

Well...if even the institutions, that are not privately owned, charge foreigners much more, than they charge citizens, what do you think local people will do? lead by example, they say...quite unfortunate. And what is even more shocking, that such practices are also in place on the Canary Islands-which is basically Europe, where non-residents pay a much higher price to use ferries between the islands.
I don't see the problem in prioritizing your own citizens over foreigners tbh, so long as it's done reasonably...especially when said citizens generally speaking are not as wealthy as foreigners...most countries do this...mostly because your citizens' taxes are what built the place in which you live so they have to take precedence over other people...in California, californians who attend college in california are charged way less than other US CITIZENS from different states because they take precedence due to their taxes having contributed to the state's universities maintenance
