Not really, the blue GTR was faster. If the B GTR and the red RX7 would've been head to head it would be a different story. It was at the very back you can see it in the first corner. And the stock R34 is also faster when it comes to lap times.

If the blue GTR was head to head to the red RX7 at the start the R34 would have been the winner since it was the fastest lap time there. At the first corner it was a the very very back of the pack.
