Took me a few days to recover, even had an emergency therapy session with my therapist. While losing Isha and Vander in one shot (pardon the pun) is tragic in itself….it is also a much darker, and poetic moment at the same time. Vander was fully aware of what was going on when Warwick was on the rampage….but like a passenger in a car, he was completely unable to control it when it was happening. Imagine being in that situation where you see the carnage “you” are causing, and being 100% helpless to stop it. So when Isha pulled the trigger….she was doing Vander a kindness. I have never seen better art or better writers on any show. Their ability to raise us up and tear us down with these stories is simple amazing. Noone is safe but at the same time victory feels earned when it happens.
The End of Season 2 Act 2: The Escalation, a breaking point has been reached, let’s see how far it can get pushed, I really would’ve liked to get a little more into what convinced Caitlyn to finally go against Ambessa.
Vander was already gone. Everyone Viktor "healed" was gone. They were sucked into the void and only a soulless husk remained. The fact they all crumbled when Viktor fell should be a clue. Jayce did the right thing. Congrats on making it through! One more act to go! :)
Really? Even if they were hollow husk they didn't deserve to die, and you can hear the agonising screams when they die, so they weren't completely husks, maybe Jayne trough that Viktor was going to become a cyborg overlord, but by doing this he created the cyborg overlord.
28:48 I think the work Victor did, in some way, corrupted Vander, and now there is no Vander left inside. Vander could only exist if Victor existed.... and now he is gone.
Isha always idiolized Jinx. She wanted to be her. She had a tough life in the mines (hence the hat), but with Jinx she got something she was missing, albeit for such a short time. And then decided to pay back to her beloved Jinx. In Zaun the number of happy childhoods can be counted on one hand, and one of those fingers belongs to Isha.
@@pinacolada5911 Isha is a story perfected. Her every move, stare and grunt showed her full story - of grief and joy, fear and determination. Of being a wild, battered soul in a feral, brutal world. A good story knows how to pluck on our heartstrings. But a perfect story - Like Isha's, plays on them the whole melody.
Medicine only relieves it temporarily, the cure is yourself, think positively , when panic attack, take a breath and let it out slowly and all you need is a hug ❤
If you’re feeling really bad, you should take a break from shows that make you feel very upset like arcane. Your well being is more important than reaction videos that you could record anyway when you’re in a better state ❤
My biggest worry after this episode is Jinx and what losing Isha as well as vander again will do to her, I have a worrying feeling that she's going to go back to how she was earlier or potentially even worse, especially as she wanted to die before Isha became part of her life. I'm hoping Vi will help her get through it even if it's just enough that it doesn't completely break Jinx but this show has a tendency of been brutally realistic in not having perfect endings for story lines & characters.
The one thing that makes no sense to me is this: How in the heck do you have money to buy all that merch?!! You've got posters, mugs, shirts, dolls, figurines, etc., and you can afford all THAT?!!
I’ve been buying merch for years, so it’s not like I just started collecting stuff. Plus some of it is sent to me from viewers. Also I started working when I was 14 and I’m now 27 so I’ve been able to save up money while having enough to spend on stuff I like. Hope that answered your question
Hey, just wanted to say, as someone who's anxiety manifests in ways that make it very difficult to eat, I deeply empathize with you. Wishing you the best.
Morgan, we so feel your love and heartbreak for this show. This was the episode for me that left me so deflated and flabbergasted afterwards and yet it remains in my mind the most because of how powerful it was. I hope you manage to get right things to help with anxiety whether is medicine or other treatments. Seeing how you were breathing at the end, I was right there with you. Sending you so much love from overseas. I hope you are doing okay!
my brain just envisioned if Isha potentially survived the blast (highly unlikely bc of how Sevika's arm got vaporized by that kind of blast 💀) by Vanderwick wrapping his arms around her and protecting her, kinda like pulling a Toothless when he grabbed Hiccup and wrapped his legs and wings around him to protect him from the explosion in the first httyd movie 😀
I don’t know why I feel this way, but I’m always so jealous when you cry I feel like I didn’t process it enough or let myself feel sad. I think it’s awesome. How open you are with your feelings💜✨
Why do people blame Jayce for the colony dying, when its all Viktors fault himself? Even if he didnt know what he was doing, he was still making people living husks and stripping them of life, as we see when Salo doesnt breathe.
@BlUejAy-j3n Viktor isn't himself either. Maybe 10% of his mind? He also can't feel. No cold, no affection. Viktor died, and now he's the vessel for the hexcore.
@@BlUejAy-j3n I told my husband this was going to happen ever since the hexcore ate Sky. It even burped, that damn thing. Taunting Viktor. And when it attacked his brain, even on the outside for lifting and thinking of destroying it. Vindictive. The hexcore is evil.
One of my favorite things about this episode is how Isha acts with Vander/Warwick. I think as a non speaking person she is uniquely empathetic toward them as they both express their needs and feelings through non verbal means. I think in the end when she overloads the zap gun it is partially to protect Jinx, but also because she saw how much Vander/Warwick is suffering and went to put him out of his misery. Oh the misery.
Morgan I feel like i have to ask you to please do WHATEVER you have to to keep yourself well: not record a reaction, spoil yourself ahead of time to prepare, quit or take a break from the series if that's what you need. I love your videos but I will always care about YOU so much more. (sorry if I'm overstepping)
17:15 Hey! That's a compliment, Cait! Mongooses are some of the meanest, most badass little bastards on earth! Some of the deadliest snakes on the planet, like Black Mambas and King Cobras, fear them. 😂😂😂
28:17 Oh Morgan, that’s so awful. I’m so sorry for how you feel, and I know exactly what you’re talking about, I went through a similar thing a few months ago with my anxiety too. I feel like I want to jump right through the screen and give you a hug. 😢❤
That Remember Me sequence took me OOUUUUUUTTTT Arcane really has a way of grabbing your feelings by the THROAT doesn’t it? GAHHHH!!! This show has me laughing out loud, crying, and contemplating it 24/7!!! The family stuff is easily my favorite aspect of the show so the last episode and this one have HAD ME!!! -- Also my favorite character interactions are those between two Zaunites because-and this is a SUPER under appreciated part of their culture-they have little to no concept of rudeness. They are both brutal and QUICK with their snappy remarks. Just like many are quick to physical aggression like Vi, many are also highly aggressive verbally with almost no grudges/consequences that extend beyond the conversation. Which makes dialogue between Zaunites insanely entertaining and hilarious. Vi and Echo in s1, Victor and Jinx here, Vi and Jinx last episode… Zaunites both have 0 chill and are insanely chill at the same time. They’ll say the most insane, out of pocket thing so casually and no one will bat an eye because eh, that’s Zaun. They’ll get into brutal, bloody tussles and get over it no problem because eh, that’s Zaun. That’s kind of why I think the whole Vi and Caitlyn team up makes total sense. Caitlyn has always been more Zaun-like in her approach to things (straightforward, honest, following her heart) and of course Vi IS a Zaunite, so the idea that they’d be able to set aside their differences in the moment to get shit done is 100% accurate to their previous characterizations.
Hey, I've dealt with really bad anxiety for about a decade; What you've mentioned about anxiety after eating and feeling like you were going to throw up makes me wonder if vagal nerve stimulation might help 🖤 That nerve is responsible for that fight or flight response and it goes from the neck into the stomach - using ice packs (best imo) or a heating pad (or switiching between them) where the nerve is (neck + chest works best for me) can help curb an anxiety attack in the moment. Box breathing is also wonderful 🖤 Sorry you're dealing with this, it can get better, you'll get through this; Sending you care 🖤 Side note: I love how your hair matches your chair 💜 2nd side note: Arcane cosplay for Act 3?
Morgan, please take care of yourself. No show is worth watching if you're so anxious it makes you physicly unwell. Nothing is worth that. It probably won't make much of a difference writing this, but if it helps even a little bit, take care of yourself. Take a break, order some good food and take some time off. We love you, your content but most of all we want you to be safe and healthy - and that includes mental health.
Each scene towards the end rips a little more of your heart away until the final act when they just say, "Nah, you don't need that" and rip out the rest.
10:31 the two figures in the eye are viktor and skye traveling Vander's psyche, not Powder and Vi. Also, while most of the faces are monstrous, the big one on the left is Vander's face.
A subtle thing they constantly did with Isha was having her helmet fall off EVERY time she did something that put her in harms way/mimicked the way Jinx disregards self preservation. It fell off when she made that jump when we first see her, it fell off when she decided to follow after jinx, it fell off when she got between Vi and Jinx during act 1, and it fell off here when she charged in to save Jinx/Save her family. She did what she thought she HAD to do because she has seen Jinx just "give up and welcome death" multiple times (almost letting Vi kill her, staying behind to fight warwick/vander alone and trying to blow herself and Vander up). Its when she sees Jinx stop trying to get up and just lay down in front of Warwick that she springs into action, afraid that Jinx isn't going to fight back.
The Remember me part had me crying up until the battle... this show broke me... having lost a parent, I know how it feels, bringing them back for a heartfelt moment and then taking them away again as well as the sweetest character was something I wasn't prepared for and its the hardest I've bawled because of a show in a long fucking time
yeah having an panic/anxiety attack coupled with the ending(avoiding spoilers for those have gotten to that part of the vid/ep) was not going to be a pleasant experience. but i hope you are doing better
I came back to this video to tell you that you should take some time if you need it. Yes this is your job and we get it, but if you think you are in a bad place mentally and want to watch things that are joyous, it is okay. Take some time, reset and take care od yourself please
Something I’ve noticed that I haven’t seen anyone mention is that in the flashback when the parents come back from work the mother does the two finger wiggle on her forehead that flashback Powder did before her fight with Echo
Duuuude, non-proffessional advice to look into (as in ask a doctor first): check your sodium intake. I get full blown anxiety attacks if I eat high sodium things like fast food etc as I get deeper into my 30's. I got to a point that I just started skipping days for eating cuz the consequences of eating was always so disruptive to my day. I can make a home-made burger or something and be fine, but if I get something like some fries from a restaurant with a ton of salt pre-added to it, I'm a mess within an hour. I also have anxiety from more common means ie life experiences etc, but the salt is an amplifier; I can have a really nice day and treat myself and basically ruin it all because I had a poutine with bacon bits or something. It's so intrusive that if I eat certain things too close to bed I lay awake because every time I'm about to fall asleep I snap awake and I feel like I'm gonna have a heart attack in bed or something but then freaking Adavan fixes it in seconds. As upsetting as this episode is though...I've slept well because I watched a masterpiece. It can be so sad, but much like getting on a rollercoaster: you can be afraid the whole ride, and then you get off the ride and laugh cuz you are safe at the end. Us reaction watchers are chasing that feeling, we want to see others experience it like we did, even if it's sad, or even because it is sad. We'll cry with you and then smile later because in the end it's such a masterpiece. That aside: Jay on the reaction channel "Pre'viewed" claimed he felt a bit manipulated. I kind of agree. I guess I'll find out in a few hours, maybe this is all undone (hhahah probably not). The idea they put this character in just as a vessel to tear our heart out is pretty rough. There is plenty for us to feel like this is good writing, and it certainly gave us a beautiful scene to work from, but it's sort of mean and I think after all the reactions I watch there seems to be a collective agreement there. This had me spending the next morning pacing around rather somber. I think one thing that gives me a bit of happiness is that Isha was clearly an orphan and Jinx gave her the most joy in her life than she has ever had. She wanted to make this sacrifice out of love. Isha was also quite a bit of a revolutionary soldier at a young age. Both with the ability to build up the hearts and minds of the undercity, and the ability to decide to sacrifice herself to keep the symbol of the revolution (Jinx) alive.
Bravo for going through this episode the best you could Morgan. All of us here were really put through the wringer in the finale with Act 2. Let’s just see what Act 3 has in store for us.😭👏💙

That ending sentence is beautiful and poetic, also never ever say that to me again or I’ll end up on the news
It's Ok. We felt the same. This show was hearth breaking.
The one thing that makes no sense to me is this:
How in the heck do you have money to buy all that merch?!!
Bro that part when Morgan cried is so my reaction 😭
Hey, just wanted to say, as someone who's anxiety manifests in ways that make it very difficult to eat, I deeply empathize with you. Wishing you the best.
This episode was close to getting me cry but this episode is a 10/10
I love this episode, I hate this episode. Ive not recovered yet...
How open you are with your feelings💜✨
i think that actually is the place that vi had brought caitlyn to in s1.
Why do people blame Jayce for the colony dying, when its all Viktors fault himself? Even if he didnt know what he was doing, he was still making people living husks and stripping them of life, as we see when Salo doesnt breathe.
Seriously! They're empty of all human emotions! They weren't humans anymore.
@lilunette9319 Thank you! I dont know if Viktor knows he does this, or if he genuinly thinks he was helping, but it was just hurting people
@BlUejAy-j3n Viktor isn't himself either. Maybe 10% of his mind? He also can't feel. No cold, no affection. Viktor died, and now he's the vessel for the hexcore.
@@lilunette9319 Ive been saying that Viktor died in the explosion whatever got back wasnt..."him" I feel like
@@BlUejAy-j3n I told my husband this was going to happen ever since the hexcore ate Sky. It even burped, that damn thing. Taunting Viktor. And when it attacked his brain, even on the outside for lifting and thinking of destroying it. Vindictive.
The hexcore is evil.
10:37 insane catch! My god
I just realized something...Victor vandor-t......
To put "You will be ok" at the end of this video kicked me right in the heart lol
If you watch season 2, the episode 4, when jinx fights Warwick, It sounds like Isha yells put "mama" when Savika is carrying her away...sad
7:25 WAIT NO!!!!
17:15 Hey! That's a compliment, Cait! Mongooses are some of the meanest, most badass little bastards on earth! Some of the deadliest snakes on the planet, like Black Mambas and King Cobras, fear them. 😂😂😂
Between you, Elijah, and Wee Lass....I'm not sure whose reaction is going to tear me up more.
I love that all it took for cait to turn on ambessa was a "cupcake" from vi
It's crazy how everybody who watched this ep just was completely CRUSH. I was so upset afterwards bro 😭 I had to just go to bed.
I wanna give you so many hugs for Isha, Your not alone on this morgan, I almost broke down on isha's sacrifice 😢😢
28:17
Oh Morgan, that’s so awful. I’m so sorry for how you feel, and I know exactly what you’re talking about, I went through a similar thing a few months ago with my anxiety too. I feel like I want to jump right through the screen and give you a hug. 😢❤
That Remember Me sequence took me OOUUUUUUTTTT
Arcane really has a way of grabbing your feelings by the THROAT doesn’t it? GAHHHH!!! This show has me laughing out loud, crying, and contemplating it 24/7!!!
The family stuff is easily my favorite aspect of the show so the last episode and this one have HAD ME!!!

Also my favorite character interactions are those between two Zaunites because-and this is a SUPER under appreciated part of their culture-they have little to no concept of rudeness.
Box breathing is also wonderful 🖤 Sorry you're dealing with this, it can get better, you'll get through this; Sending you care 🖤
Side note: I love how your hair matches your chair 💜
2nd side note: Arcane cosplay for Act 3?
Ep 5 & 6 were brutal
Boy do I have News about ep 9...
Your reaction is pretty much the way I felt while watching this episode
Morgan, please take care of yourself. No show is worth watching if you're so anxious it makes you physicly unwell. Nothing is worth that. It probably won't make much of a difference writing this, but if it helps even a little bit, take care of yourself. Take a break, order some good food and take some time off. We love you, your content but most of all we want you to be safe and healthy - and that includes mental health.
13:28 utopia run by gearpunk Jezus
*Isha dies*
Everyone: EXCUSE MOI 😳🤬
You ok?
And there are actually theories that we didn’t lose Vander/warwick because of his regeneration!
I think we have lost Vander, but Warwick will live on.
Thank god Morgan took a break before Isha made the sacrifice play, good lord
I came back to this video to tell you that you should take some time if you need it. Yes this is your job and we get it, but if you think you are in a bad place mentally and want to watch things that are joyous, it is okay. Take some time, reset and take care od yourself please
lets be honest....we love her reactions to this lol
Something I’ve noticed that I haven’t seen anyone mention is that in the flashback when the parents come back from work the mother does the two finger wiggle on her forehead that flashback Powder did before her fight with Echo
Your reaction to this is so real, I physically couldn’t cry though so I just screamed at the tv
That aside:
Jay on the reaction channel "Pre'viewed" claimed he felt a bit manipulated.
10/10 would nearly die and be infused with a sentient magic box for Viktor's hair.
Bravo for going through this episode the best you could Morgan. All of us here were really put through the wringer in the finale with Act 2. Let’s just see what Act 3 has in store for us.😭👏💙
27:40 OMG! Are you okay? I have seen a lot of reaction videos, and I've never seen anyone have a panic attack. I was genuinely afraid for your health there for a second. I can't believe you had to wait an hour to watch the rest of the show. #HealingVibes
I haven’t felt like his much pain from a show since episode 3 of season 1
why are u literally the best reactor monarch asffffgf
I love watching your reactions, but this one was heartbreaking. So sorry that it gave you an anxiety attack and that sadness. I love and hate this show at the same time.
Hope you're better now! Let's brace ourselfs for the final act. I know I'm not ready 😢
Ambessa got the manipulation textbook from Shadow Weaver.
yeah I also bawled my eyes out after this episode, I have hope for Act 3 after they ripped our hearts out like this. I gotta say a show that can make us bawl like this is some fantastic writing, as tragic as it is ;-;
Oh, I just wish I could hug you and help you process and getting through this episode. It was a really good and heartbraking episode 😰😭.
And i thought i was overreacted crying like a baby in this episode specialy with Isha that i adored so much from the moment she came in Arcane. At least now i know i am not alone 😭😭
