You know what I love about this NFS movie? It's all about the cars. They don't throw trashy music to drown out the sound of the engine, they don't break the laws of physics by having someone catch another person in mid air over a bridge and they don't have to get involved in some heists. The F&F franchise now can now be qualified as sci-fi movies.

Buut the problem isn't IN THE CAR, it's just that the drivers can't tame those horses. Well, these modern Mustangs might have the TCR or some system that detects when the car goes sideways and then it tries to straighten it out. No they didn’t actually, that’s definitely the sound of a vortec or procharger. You can hear the blow off valve on start up. The blower on the car from the video is a roots style and doesn’t sound anything like that.
