Math-rock is simply playing not at the usual 4/4 rhythm or anything mainstream uses. When you tap along the rhythm you feel out of sync but you wonder how it sounds so good.
I've started to learn Chinese recently. Could someone please tell me what is being said at the end? It sounds like "wo kao" and then "ren xi", but I've no clue if that's anywhere close
6 years late but that's "我可" and "沒關係". I find it interesting that it's so hard for non-natives to understand our spoken conversation especially when Taiwanese tend to squeeze all the syllables together.
Looking back at this it's cool to see how much the drummer's technique has evolved over the years.
