Just finished bleeding brakes on my Ninja, and I gotta say, I frickin' love this tool. Followed the demo to the letter and everything went darn smooth 10/10
bad adapter. the one that comes with the kit sucks and didnt have a great seal imo and very easy to knock loose. i went on amazon and got a better adapter
I've got this kit and i've found the adaptors at the end of the pipe are pretty rubbish. use a small jubilee clip or a tie wrap to keep the pipe tight on the bleed nipple.....apart from that its a good bit of kit and makes the job loads easier.
I have this tool works great but the gasket for the bottle is to big and I had to find a new one otherwise u can’t hold vacume The kit from day one had the gasket stretched out as long as the gasket is good the kit does its job
first off did you get any vacuum when you pumped it up ? if not the large "O" ring seal that sits on the top of the container may have fallen out as mine did), secondly, the fluid on mine pretty much dribbled out and I watched the reservoir slowly drain, and thirdly, the smallest rubber nipple cover was too large for my wifes bike, so when i placed it on I wrapped a very small cable tie around it to complete the seal. Hope that helps
What size is the replacement o-ring? The one provided failed after the first use and barely created any suction. Overall, i had to zip tie every nozzle/hose and still couldn't get ample pressure.
@@rmatvmc no offense, but this was over a year ago and now the tool just sits idle in the most unused drawer of my toolbox. I love RMATV and Tusk, but it’s really disappointing that they resell the exact same harbor freight/Amazon/knockoff junky tool instead of sourcing one that’s a little more expensive while simultaneously WAY more reliable. If I wanted to bleed the old school way, I wouldn’t have forked over the cash for the specific tool. I’ll gladly give you my money for a standard tusk quality product. This time - RMATV fell very short.
@@xburtonboardnx if it was over a year ago then thats your fault for being to lazy to return it under warranty period. Also it sounds like you just used it wrong. orings are like 20 cents. just buy one lazy bones
@@mechanicalman4531 I’m not asking for a refund or a warranty. It was inexpensive and not worth my effort. I followed all instructions - it didn’t work, so i got the job done with my other tools - and carried on with life. Thanks for your input
If you have a KTM or Husky we have a reverse bleeding video you can check out here: ua-cam.com/video/bmuN0o24FtI/v-deo.html . If you have another bike then you can use the same process shown in this video for your hydraulic clutch.
Dear Gary! May I've a question. Does your wife's Honda has ABS system? I just wanted to know do I have to do something extra if the breaking system has ABS. Thank in advance!
yea, when I emptied the container after doing the front brakes, the rubber seal dropped out and I wondered why i couldn't get any vacuum.. and then i found it :)

10/10
I love this tool, it was cheap enough I couldn't go wrong and it greatly speeds up the bleeding process.
I want to do this on a car clutch but this format helps show the process
that was very easy took me 10mins my breaks rock hard again now
Nice job! Thanks for watching and giving feedback!
Great video clear and precise .good quality footage
"We'll go down to..
*PAUSE*
..the bleeder nipple"
You know damn well he was trying not to smirk 🤣
You got brake fluid on your caliper at @3:46. Is the tool not very good, or is this due to user error, if so, what went wrong?

Can a tool like this be used also to check if you have a small leak in the line somewhere

Although you focus on ATV/ motorcycles, your videos are very good and would be great if you could demo this brake bleeder kit product on a car.
Use a ring spanner to crack the bleeder first then use a open end spanner.
Charles is quality 👌
Did my brakes today with a similar tool - it's like cheating!!
Excellent vid cheers mate
Great video. Nice job 👍
Is the method same if the motorcycle is an ABS model? (Honda NC 750s 2018)
I used this on my utv, and could not get goot vacuum. Im pretty pissed
I could not get any fluid to come out of the caliper. Tried it with this tool as well as the motion pro tool and after a few minutes i gave up.

Try to keep this vacuum kit higher than caliper, had the same problem but when I moved it higher hose instantly filled with the brake fluid
Does that bleeder pump kit work for cars too?
They should but you might need a bigger one

Sorry you had problems. You can reach out to our warranty team at warranty@rockymountainatv.com and they can get you taken care of.

Would you follow the same process for a Hydraulic clutch to bleed and fill?

Untuk rem ABS apakah bisa?
I just bled my Wifes honda CBR 500R front and rear brakes, process couldn't be easier to be honest

@@zoltanmolnar5768 yes it does, and it works the same with or without ABS
Can it be used on the clutch bleeding system too?
It sure can!
Is this tool from harbor freight
No they also have on but this is one from tusk
he forgot to mention rubber seal on cup
