Hello one and all, and I am so, so, so terribly sorry with how late this animatic is. I didn't mean to push it back this far, but unfortunately life got in the way, and here we are. Nonetheless, the second chapter in Vivit’s story is here, and better late than never. Please accept a brief explanation before I elaborate on why this took so long:
We’re introduced to another key player of this act, Amatus, our lovely second android protagonist who’s having a not-so-great time in forced labor as typical for facility androids. Like most, he had a purpose before entering ASCA’s facilities- a caretaker droid, although never quite “perfect” for any family, bouncing between household to household as his perceived value decreased, with increased bugs and glitches sticking along the years. The patience of his last household wears thin, and… well, that’s how he got dumped in that godforsaken facility, with only scattered memories thanks to an imperfect memory wipe. Of course he wants a way out, what android doesn’t? But with no perceived way out, he begins to accept that he’ll be stuck there until his software grows so outdated, it shuts down entirely.
But as luck would have it, an out soon presents itself…. Or he would be lucky, if his so-called savior was someone who didn’t despise his very being.
Buckle in folks, because we’re in for a wild ride with this act.
With that out of the way, let’s now address why this took so long. The short of it is, this is probably just going to be the release schedule for this channel going forward. The twice a month uploads are no longer feasible with university getting in the way, and while I’d love to continue uploading consistently, I’d like to stay realistic with what I can offer. With that in mind, I hope you all can understand why videos may take longer, but aren’t necessarily increasing in length. I hope though that the quality shines through, as I’m taking careful attention to ensure that my current work is even more detailed than ever.
